How weird… it worked fine for me. I added to pairs of Bongo boots to my cart and saw the discount applied at checkout. I am logged in to my Shop Your Way account… not sure if that makes a difference?
I am Logged in too but will try to take boots out of my cart and log back out and in add them to may cart again and see if that makes a diffrene
The only pair eligible in the picture are the black pair. The other pairs don’t qualify for the BOGO deal or the 20% off. 🙁

They do not all qualify for the half off the page with the desctiption tells you if it does. They both have to qualify to get the deal
I’m not able to do it either. I was hoping for the black and brown pairs pictured in this post. The 20% and the B1G1 50% off work on the black pair pictured but none of the other colors, and since they’re only $14.99 the 20% won’t work on just one pair because the total has to be at least $15. I may still get them though for that price.

Went to get the boots, they showed up 14.99 in my cart there a flag that says only one of the two pair I choose (both pictured here) was eligible for the 50%…The boots you have pictured here are not all eligible for the 20% OR the b1g1 half of. BUT there are some super cute Bongo brand ankle boots that are. I just got 3 pair for 32.97 (had to have a pair of the 14.99 ones too) AND the Doc Mcstuffins computer…THANK YOU

I just ordered two black pair and a brown. I signed into ebates first. Then I entered the code SHOENOW. One pair adjusted to 5.99, one 11.99 and one 14.99. It ended up being $38.42 for three pair of boots normally 34.99 each!
If I place an order and pay for it on line and pick the store pick up and I pay for my order now How do I know The store will have it when I get there?

I am having the same problem with the price of the boots. I wanted to order a black and a taupe pair of the Bongo ones that are $14.99. They are still coming up full price in the cart. The BOGO offer doesn’t say it is only certain pairs.

I just received an email that half my order cancelled. I ordered four pairs of boots and it cancelled the two pairs of taller boots. My order is still showing shipping on the two pairs of ankle boots. Hopefully they won’t cancel those too.
