Yes, they sent me a bonus card via email…I got it in my inbox a couple weeks after I called them. It takes a long time.
I did get one via email. It just gave me the card number and pin. It arrived after about 13 business days. I had to call back and speak to a supervisor before it was sent out. Tsk tsk
I got mine via email too. And it arrived within 5 business days, as stated. I must admit that I didn’t expect the bonus card, after reading of others not receiving theirs. But VS made good on their promise.

I have to admit that I am frustrated with Victoria’s Secret and them not sending the two rewards cards with each order. I had been forewarned by others comments and then it happened to me too. It’s just not worth it.
I called about only receiving one with one of my orders that should have had two. They didn’t question me at all and the customer service rep was super nice and expedient. She told me it would be emailed out in three days– and I received it.
I had the same problem. It is just annoying. I called on Friday, hopefully the card will arrive in my inbox soon.

I got 2, twice.
On black friday I bought stuff at Victoria secret and it was so busy and somehow never got a secret rewards card. When I got home I contacted victoria secret and they said they would email me one in 3-5 days and to check junk email as well in case it goes there. So we will see.
