Definitely depends on the shoe! I buy these for our grade school kids with no complaints. I have a womens pair that are okay, but not running quality. I had to return a pair of the project rock line because my son found them so uncomfortable. I recommend reading reviews as Amber suggested! Also, they have a great return policy!
