Hmmm doesn’t sound too bad for $5 🙂

No you don’t need a coupon. This item is on sale. The 40% off coupons that Michael’s puts out every week can only be used on a regular priced item not a sale item.

Just a heads-up – you may want to call your store to confirm they have it. I went to my local Michael’s in Southern California for this a few weeks ago and was told they weren’t carrying the 201-piece set, but suggested another store about 10 miles away. I was surprised, because it’s a relatively new store and quite large. So in the spirit of saving time (and gas!), I thought I’d offer this suggestion.

As a fellow SoCal gal I appreciate the tip!

I’m standing on line at micheals I’m buying 2…..I guess it’s not so bad….I figured it works out good since you can’t spend more than $5.00 for gift exchange at school ….

    • woohoo

You are so right. .. wish one was closer to me. .30 minute trip is a bit far for just the 1 item :/

Just FYI, you don’t need to print out the coupon if you have a smart phone.

We bought these last year for my boys and they still use them. It’s a good kit for $5 filled with markers, crayons, stickers, etc. We added lots of bogo Crayola to it and they have organized places to keep their coloring items.

I bought some of these last year for the “present” stash for birthdays, etc. Everyone seems to really enjoy them.

  9. Destiny

Sending hubby now hopefully they have them by his work! 🙂

Thanks, just picked up two at our Beaverton, Oregon Michaels. One for my family and another for my mother for her Grandma box.

I just picked up 3 at my store. They had them in several areas around the store so look I other places too

  13. Bree

I went to grab a few and I don’t think it is worth $5. You can put together a better kit for $5 than what was is it.

  14. amy

I called and asked if they had 2 in stock…someone went in and purchased 18 earlier today. Hmmm…

My local michaels (Temecula, CA)didn’t have any left as of this morning but they substituted any art activity kit set priced reg at $14.99 for $5. This might just be this store in particular but wouldn’t hurt to ask your local michaels.
