I went into Victoria’s Secret yesterday to redeem my Secret Rewards Cards, 6 to be exact. They are running a sale on their lotions and potions…Buy 6 @ $35.00 Get 1 Free. Great. I loaded 14 into my shopping bag and a compact mirror. Fast forward to checkout. First the cashier told me I could only use 3 SRC since I had “3 Groups”. Huh. I told her no, void the order and keep it. She didn’t want to do that…somehow she would “find a way to do this”. Then she tells me that the SRC that customer service sent via email, due to their forgetfulness when packing my online order, were fake and she wouldn’t take them. So now I’m accused of fraud. She tried to get the manager out front but she was busy. So she tells me I’m lucky today because the manager is busy…she’ll try to scan the email cards anyway. Shocker…they scanned fine. She’s amazed now I’m not a fraud and says as much. The cashier next to her says she heard about the emails so it should be fine. I’m not impressed at this point. My nieces are getting VS for Christmas and I contemplated giving the cashier a knuckle sandwich for hers. Thank you Colin for posting the deals but me and Vicky can no longer be acquaintances.
Sorry you had a bad experience but if you did the 6 @ $35 get one free sale sale then you are only allowed to use one reward on each of those transactions. Some stores may have some exceptions but she was following the rules for the secret reward card by stating you could only use one reward card for each 6 plus one free lotion purchase.
I got that and was fine with it. I would have been just as happy to walk out the door with 6 at full price or entirely empty handed. I offered that. The cashier was the one who insisted she could find a way to use all 6 cards. My problem with them began when she accused me of fraud in front of the dozen or more people standing in line around us.
Yea that is horrible and I guess a lot of things have changed at Victoria’s Secret as far as customer service is concerned and they will be losing a lot of my business my sister already doesn’t shop there much anymore and I won’t be either.
The cards are not one per item but one per transaction. So you were incorrect I cant believe you would think about hitting someone because or YOUr mistake
ACTUALLY I asked the cashiers when I first walked through the door how I could use my cards. One per transaction, one per purchase. I was told one per purchase if I was spending more than $10.00 per purchase. So up yours.
Nicole, I literally laughed out loud at your comment. Most VS girls are fine with doing multiple transactions. I do it all too frequently. : ) People take things wayyyyy too seriously.

I went to use 4 of my 5 yesterday, and they had a sale on their normally 2/$40 long sleeve Pink shirts, for $10……so I got 3 long sleeve tops and a pair of undies for $2.56 out of pocket. I was happy with this!

The 30% off coupon can’t be combined with a secret reward. The secret reward says that if shopping in store it can’t be combined with anything other than angel rewards. They wouldn’t let me today. My store is pretty strict about that.
My store just told me that you can’t use a secret reward on sale items but I contacted VS on facebook and they said they can be used on regular, sale and clearance items so I’m hoping they will be contacting my local store soon that is ridiculous they are denying customers use of their cards on anything but full price stuff.
Can I use the 30% coupon to buy a fragrance gift set so I only pay $17.50 for the set? does anyone know???

Has anyone used a secret reward card online to successfully purchase a gift card? It seems to go through okay but wonder if they will allow it?
I’ve done it before, just be careful. If you do it too many times, they’ll cancel them and you lose the value of the SRC.
