I bought this showerhead for $18 and the rebate was denied because I paid less than $29. The customer service stated they had it in their computer as $29, if you paid less it was automatically kicked out. I was able to call and they eventually sent my rebate because it states “retails for”. Just keep your receipts and follow up if you do not get your rebate. Hopefully, they have it worked out by now.

Is there a specific number you called. They keep giving me the number to an automated system regarding my rebate. I just wanted to see if they received it or not but I guess I will have to wait the 8 weeks. Although, they stated Waterpik doesn’t handle the rebates. It’s done by another company. Very rude customer service rep.
