Anyone can sign up through their “become a member”tab”. No invitation is needed. However it might take anywhere from 1 week to 1 year before they let you shop.

    • Amy

It’s been 3 months for me and they still won’t let me shop. Even when I was invited 🙁

      • Jenny

It’s been longer than I can even remember since I signed up. I think they allow the top buyers in first. Probably resellers, who knows. LOL!

        • Shanshan

They actually actively ban people who buy too much, and ones they suspect are resellers. I had many friends who suddenly couldn’t access sales and called them, and was accused of being reseller!

      • Shanshan

Try sign up with a few more emails to increase your chance. Even if you get in, they can take it away from you with no reason at all, then you have other accounts to fall back on. Good luck.

      • Labbymom

I signed up about 6 months ago…still waiting!!!

    • rrr

Anyone who needs an invite, message me on training1@meda.co.in and I will send one

  2. Alissa

They’ve never let me shop. 🙁

  3. Stacie

Yeah.. I am a member & when I sign in.. it says no sale..

  4. Michelle W

Most of the best buys are already gone. 🙁

  5. Worrell

Dont feel too bad because A lot of good items are sold out already.

    • Julie S

Yeah… They are. I shopped a couple weeks ago when they had a lot and got two bags. But I keep checking clearance every couple days and there’s not much left now… Most say sold out.

  6. Lola

Anyone notice Coach quality is going downhill? I ordered a small kelsy madison satchel zebra tote and it looked awesome online but when I got it…it didn’t look all that great.

    • Katie

its just this site! the quality is AWFUL!

      • swirlypop

I purchased 2 bags from this site before christmas and thought the quality was excellent.

      • Sandi

Coach stands behind their product. I would contact them.

    • Kayla

Coach is horrible in general. I used to be a long time fan. Spent a lot of money on their bags. Went to sell one from my collection on ebay. Yes, it was authentic. And coach sent me a cease and desist letter saying that anyone who sells their bags needs written permission from them otherwise they could be sued. I’ve sold coach items before, and see hundreds of auctions on ebay of coach items so I didn’t understand. I emailed them, left them messages in their Instagram and Facebook and no response. They removed my messages on Instagram and blocked me. And also removed my messages on Facebook. They did reply back to my email and didn’t tell me much except they were trying to weed out all ebay auctions. Very shady practices.. Google it. You’ll be quite amused by all of it.. After spending so much money on their bags you should do with them what you please. I’ll never purchase their bags again.. Ever.

      • Sandi

It’s probably because of thousands of fakes that they go to this extent.

  7. kim

I have been a member for quite a while but have never bought anything online, but I can still shop. If anyone wants an invite let me know at Kimberann1@aol.com

  8. LeAnna Sebastian- Shaw

Do you think the outlet is having a big sale like this? I just discovered the outlet store…..let me tell you…a whole new world has opened for me!!!

    • Maureen

Yes outlet is having the same sale I shopped yesterday 70% off clearance then additional 10% made for a great price

  9. kay

Yeah this is crap. When you sign up it won’t let you shop. It says you’ll be notified of their next sale. Just a gimmick to get you to sign up. I like Coach but their advertising is deceptive. Shame on them. However, if you go to Woodburn outlet store in Oregon, they’re having the same sale, in fact I think its a little better. I bought a $450 bag for $99 and two over the shoulder strap bags for $40 each. They had a 60-70% off their lowest price clearance sale plus an extra coupon when you walk through the door. Can’t be more specific sorry, it was a little nuts in there, but did get some great bags.

    • maddie

oh good to know! i am in portland so might make the drive!

This site is very frustrating. I have been signed for a while. Whenever I try to buy anything I get an error when checking out. Ths time, most of the clearance is already sold out.

  11. k3llyb

I had checked the site yesterday and most things were sold out then so don’t feel upset. I’ve been a member for years but at best I do 2-3 purchases a year. I skip all the obviously made for factory styles and try to focus on prior season overstocks and have had fairly good success with all my purchases. My only real complaint is that things look way bigger online. They must have a child sized manaquin or something because short of taking out a ruler it’s really hard to get a good sense of the actual bag size

    • Jessi

I am pretty sure that the factory store online only sells items that are specifically made for the factory store. If you look at your bags and the serial number starts with an F, it was never made for a non-outlet store. I have to some of the physical outlets and found a few non-factory made items, but I would say 99% of the items even in the physical outlets are made for the factory store. The fact that they make “coach” items that are just for an outlet has really turned me off to the brand. If they are going to make specific outlet items, they shouldn’t carry the same coach brand when the quality is obviously going to be less since the price is.

      • ashley

They do occasionally sell past season stock from full price stores. You just have to know which bags you’re looking for.

        • Jessi

The point is, though, that I don’t want to pay for a non-outlet coach purse when they will just plaster their name and same logo on cheaper factory store items. Doesn’t make sense to cheapen their brand like that.

          • ashley

I agree, they dont really feel “special” anymore while the market is inundated with lesser quality (most of it gaudy imo) merchandise.

          • TPP2013

Just an FYI almost every store you shop at that is an Outlet store sells a majority of their merchandise that is ONLY made for their outlets. I live the Orlando area which is the Mecca of Outlet stores and that is pretty common knowledge here. I also lived in Atlanta and it’s the same story there. They sprinkle is some legit “Retail Store” merchadise to make it seem legit.

            • Sandi

Yes, I figured that out about 10 years ago while shopping at an Ann Taylor outlet store. I noticed that I never saw anything that I’d actually seen in an Ann Taylor store. So I did some research to confirm it. Coach actually says that they don’t guarantee the authenticity of a bag purchased at an outlet store. They recommend that you call them to verify with the serial number. For the person who views high-end handbags as an investment (I do) it’s better to look for deals at department stores.

            • Mourrene

It’s funny cause I just got a Coach bag for Christmas. I checked the tag and it does have an “F” on it so I’m assuming it came from the outlet store. I remember thinking it looked different from other Coach bags but I don’t know what they all look like, of course. I have several older bags, most of which I got from my mom, so I’m familiar with the brand quality. Of course, I appreciate the thought behind the gift so I’m definitely going to carry it for a while.

  12. tiffany pate

I was literally looking for a new purse earlier today. I finally gave up and said to myself, “when you stop looking the deal will find you”…. and boy did it! Thanks so much. Thanks for posting this. I got a great bag for a 1/4 of the price. Super happy. If anyone wants me to “invite” them I will.

  13. Anna

It annoys me that I’ve been a member for a long time and yet don’t get invited to these events and so i can’t shop. I gave up on ever checking their site, not to mention coach factory is a much worse quality.

  14. Sarah

I’ve been a member for several years and always have received great products. Love these deals!

  15. Janell Poulette

I get invited to their sales all the time. I have bought 2 purses and a wallet. The prices are really awesome. I can send you an invite if you need one.

  16. nancy

Too bad all the nice ones are gone..bet all were bought by “runners”.Thats what they call resellers.

I sent one not sure how long it will take

  18. Jessica

I signed up about a month ago, completely forget about it and then got the email for this sale. I started browsing and immediately things were sold out. I did find a purse I liked and bought it. My first Coach purse ever. I’m excited but feel bad because everyone should be able to get in on the sale. Wouldn’t companies want as many people as possible to buy their merchandise?

I’ve got a coach that was a gift and honestly- I don’t see why everyone loves them! I actually have mine on eBay right now! Lol I do love the poppy sequin ones tho!!!

      • Kristen

Wow! That’s so strange! I saw thousands of listings for coach bags but I had no idea you weren’t suppose to sell them! I had got this one as a gift and let me just say..just because it says “coach” on it, doesn’t make it pretty lol

        • Kayla

I didn’t know that either. I couldn’t believe how they treated me. Threatened ebay, and ebay threatened me – then when I talked to coach they threatened me. I reminded them how many times I’ve purchased their bags and what a loyal customer I’ve been and they basically told me that I must be buying their bags strictly to sell. Ummm, no. I buy them and sometimes I no longer want them. They hide the fact that you are supposed to be permission until they send you a letter. In my opinion it’s entrapment! People should know what they are getting into when purchasing their bags. They don’t actually own them. Coach still does! I wanted to take a video of me burning them and telling them I can do what I want with the bags I buy!! I plan on telling me story to everyone so they think twice about purchasing that brand.

          • Jennifer

its usually a lot of brands that do that actually ….. not just coach

            • Kayla

I know other brands that do that. But it’s pretty inconsistent when hundreds and hundreds of coach bags are being sold and they only pick of a certain few of who they think are just buying to resell and then going into this huge speal about how you need written permission before trying to sell their products. It’s either you do, or don’t. And if it’s that big of a deal with the company they shouldn’t even allow ebay to be able to sell any coach items. They can do that and they choose not to. But yet they threaten random sellers. Again I say, shady business practices.

          • Em

That is really weird…I have sold many Coaches, all authentic, and have never had an issue.

            • Kayla

I have too in the past. But from what coach reps say people get past them all the time. It was all just weird. Never made much sense to me and when I tried getting more info they deleted everything. They hid it.. If you google though they did wrongfully sue a woman for a lot of money thinking she was a reseller but again, like me she just sold off ones she no longer wanted. They took her to court and everything. She in turn used them for emotional upset. It ended up getting dropped. Just crazy that they can do that to buyers.

  21. Christina

How do I get to the factory site? What’s the web address??;)

  22. Auntbea

This sale started Thursday. That’s why everything is sold out already.

  23. Jennifer

  24. cindy

    Yes! all sold out…

  26. Teri

Coach as a company, has been losing money for years. They were in huge trouble financially last year 2013, but somehow turned things around. They might be trying to control knock-offs/fakes and now are keeping a super tight reign on customers. I used to love Coach, (I gave away my last Coach) now I see poor quality and lousy customer service. I expect more.

    • Geena O

Looks like they r decreasing their production costs by selling lower quality items at inflated prices, low levels of customer service etc…bought once from them online n regretted once I actually saw it….going to an outlet mall soon, yet to see the story there…thanks for the tips all! 🙂

    • marjorie

      invite sent 🙂 enjoy 🙂

        • CPVann

          I would love an invite.

  27. Nancy

After seeing your post Collin, headed over to site. I didn’t get an invite, but was still registered. After logging in and getting new PW, Saw a few things I wanted. Put them in my shopping bag and fell asleep lol. Woke up this morning and realized the outlet mall 45 min from here has a Coach Factory. Went with my daughter at 10am…. Walked out an hour later……2 weekender bags large, 1 leather tote for travel, 3 iPad sleeves, 1 iPad leather case, 1 nook case, 1 iPhone 5 phone cover …..$305 total. Only the weekender bags have a an “F” on the tag. Thank you Collin for posting!!!! And per the site as well as what the girl at the said regarding the products on the Coach Factory site and store:

” Our merchants pick from all of our factory products, offering you many of our newest and best selling styles. Best of all, since you are shopping directly with Coach, you are guaranteed to be buying genuine authentic Coach products.”

  28. Nancy

And……… Most of the items I bought were priced lower in the store then on the site

  29. Lisa C.

I called Coach to ask about authenticity of the products sold on Coach Factory online, and was told the same thing, Nancy. These bags also come with warranty and Coach stands behind them the same as they do when a bag is bought in a retail store. The serial number identifies when the product was made. The bags online at http://www.coachfactory.com are genuine bags. Older styles and some discontinued. Hope this helps.

    • Nancy

Lisa….The sales girls were really helpful…..I brought my iPad with me in the store just to compare and make sure I got everything I wanted and they were really helpful. They didn’t have the one purse I really really wanted so I just ordered it from the site. The sales girl said she had the purse earlier in the week but it was popular so it went…. I still feel I scored very well. Lol Plus just so everyone knows….if u buy online..u can return to the factory outlet store no problem. And…..as long as the tags are on the bag ( or whatever you bought) and u have a gift receipt or purchase receipt…..there really is no time limit on return!!!!! I bought a few Christmas gifts already for 2014 lol.

If anyone wants an invite…feel free to email me. Nusilivestro@aol.com. There is still 5 happy hours of shopping left!!!!

  30. Jessica

I keep trying to buy and it gives me an error .. Can someone explain why
