I haven’t gotten any of there freebies the last few months cause it saids I’m not able to participate at this time. Why can’t I get them?
I finally figured it out myself, Ashley. Go into your Account on the top right hand corner, then click Subscribe to the Newsletter. When I did that today I got the email immediately with the link for the sample. I have always been a member but never got the samples.
Unfortunately, this did not work for me.
Which newsletter do you have to subscribe to? I subscribed to their weekly one but not daily one and I never got any emails for free samples. I’m not sure I want a daily email from them.

Hey Cheryl I do subscribe to there newsletters and I never get them but when I click on it under my account its saids click to unsubscribe. So what do I do?
Are you using the link in the email they sent you?
I also thought that I was just out of luck for those freebies. However, I kept ignoring their emails, because when I opened them, there was nothing I was interested in. Turned out, the sample offer is at the bottom of the email they send and once you click through that link you can get the sample.
I have had this same issue the last few months also. Would love to know why.
You have to go through the link in the email they send. You can’t use Collin’s link. HTH

I just got their newsletter last week but not this one. Weird. I also get the Box Top newsletters but never the ones with the samples. Bummer!
I got the email but once I logged in it said I can’t participate. Oh well.

and to those whose newsletters always seems to come late what email provider are you using? i always get the newsletters after the samples are gone and i use YAHOO. I just wonder if there is a trend. Thank you. (still waiting for my email)

OK I got it to work by accident. I use Collin’s link (too lazy to look into my email to see if I got the email), and right after I log in, I can see the form to fill out for the offer, but, half a second later the page refreshed by itself and told me I can’t participate.
How odd! I think it must be a glitch! So I refreshed the page, and the form showed up again. I quickly stop the browser from loading any more info. Then, I was able to fill out and submit the form, and it tells me the sample will be in the mail. Weird!

With every internet browser (IE, Chrome, firefox etc..) there’s buttons on top to “refresh”, also an “X” button to “stop”. I click on the refresh, and the form showed back up, and quickly I click on stop, so the form stayed on the page so I can fill it out. However, if when you click on “refresh” and it tells you “not this time” right away without loading the form first, the trick might not work for you. BTW I use Chrome.
