Hey collin. Just wanted to let you know that $6.49 is its regular price at walgreens so you can snag this deal even before next week.

Oh thanks for letting me know!

sounds good.. but isn’t baking soda/Vingear with boiling water just as good?? New home owner here and just wondering tks:)

I do know that drano is bad for cast iron pipes (which I have). Gonna try the baking soda vinegar boiling water next time a plastic snake won’t work!

      • lizard

The Plumber’s wife agrees that Drano is bad for your pipes, Karen.

I love using these snake things to clean out my vacuum! Or anything else like that. Unfortunately mine is missing right now!

Not sure where to post this, but I have (2) $25 Virtual dollars (basically $25 off of $50 – can be used on sale items) to The Limited that expire tonight.

Hopefully somebody can use them! Sorry for the late notice – I just found them!

      Where can these be used

My dad was a podiatrist (foot doctor) and when he saw people running around without shoes he would tell us they were “future patients.” My husband has a plumbing company and basically says the same thing about people that use Drano 🙂

I second that !! baking soda always work for me and its natural too 🙂

I bought this when our apartment tub backed up. We used the snake and got a lot of hair out (gross!) but then we didn’t need to use the draino. We’ve had this kit for years now, and we’ve only ever used the snake! I’m so glad we bought the kit b/c I’m sure w/o the snake, we would have been buying draino a lot more frequently.

Yes, snake is the way to go. $10 at Harbor Freight.
