The coupon you used expired on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:59:00 PM.
That is so weird. I used it on Saturday and it worked. Wonder if they pulled it?
I placed an order when this deal first came out. After the estimated shipping deadline passed I contacted them to inquire about my order. The told me my order had been cancelled because their was a problem with the coupon code. Did anyone else have a problem with their order?
I never got my order. When I checked the status I was supposed to get “general delivery by 1-28. Today is 1-30.
You should contact customer service to see if your order was cancelled too.
I just checked my order status tonight. My order was also cancelled. I emailed them because I think it’s bad business practice to cancel orders without notifying people. And an error with the coupon code? That’s their issue, not ours. Fine if they choose not to honor it, but at least let people know.
I got an order confirmation and I saw a charge on my credit card for $.10. I realized today that I haven’t received anything from them. I checked my account and it says “cancelled”. I, also, didn’t see the $.10 charge any more. Really bad business to not send out cancellation emails. Way to leave a bad taste in possible customers mouths.
I just called about my order because it said cancelled and was told that it was cancelled because they had so many orders. I asked why I wasn’t notified and was told they didn’t send out emails or anything. Horrible customer service.
