I rarely shop there anymore and they mail me coupons all the time. I’ve never had their store card
I also got one of the 10 off 10 or more and I used it today to get 2 eight packs of wash cloths for $2.17 out of pocket!!! Awesome deal as the were originally $10 EACH!!!

Not only can you NOT use the coupon on athletic shoes, you can’t use it on sandals either. Totally have been waiting to use this on a pair of kids’ Nike sandals, but the sandals are excluded.
I never understand why companies have exclusions on their coupons. Either way, they’re giving away money, why does it matter what we buy with it? They’re going to lose $10 on towels, or $10 on nike shoes, it’s all the same. I’m not seeing the logic there, but that’s just my opinion. 🙂

All coupon should work on clearance it started 2-1. So if it say excludes it still should work. Call and ask a manager at the jcp store.
I hate JCP…We were excited to go shopping there recently because we had a coupon for $25 off $25 of more. We spent quite awhile finding something to purchase but when we went to buy it, we couldn’t use the coupon because it was excluded. It probably happened 5 times before we got it figured out.
Hopefully they are getting away from the HUGE list of exclusions because it just makes it a pain to use their promotions.
These exclusions on their coupons are precisely why I have chosen to not shop at JCP anymore. I’m totally with you on being excited and then being totally let down!! Always hoping that these coupons will make living within a budget a little more doable, but never really works out. I could easily go in and find something I don’t need to spend $10 on, but I really would like to use the $10 on something that my family NEEDS.
i dont like jcpenny either since they took the coupons away and tried to bring them back with their supposevly lower prices i havent shopped their i more then 2 years
I had 2 of the $10 off $25. Used them both on clearance Fiestaware I found. Ended up with 2 big plates, 5 luncheon plates, 6 fruit bowls and a spoon rest for $34!
I got great deals last night, my MIL has gotten my daughter beautiful dresses and skirts on clearance (appropriate for spring!) in joe fresh brand for her BD. I had to check it out. A lot of really cute things for 5.98 and with using their charge card came to about $4/each Including a beautiful tiered light pink chiffon-like joe fresh dress for my daughter for $4 will use for Easter ! Other baby boy stuff under $3. Some exercise stuff for me cheap too.

Went to another penny’s today after swing coupon. This printable works on clearance; says in fine print. Clerk was surprised too, but said they really want this stuff cleared out. Had lots nice summer stuff for little ones for 2.97. And used it again to get a very nice men’s winter coat for $30.
Do they accept coupons on phone? I don’t like carrying around extra paper if I don’t have to.
Yes, I showed the coupon on my phone. She couldn’t scan the coupon, but she typed it in and it worked.
Yeah I tried using my 10 off 10 today and let me tell ya, it was a workout! soo MANY exclusions! but they had great clearance 1.97 shirts, accessories etc I plan on going back without the kiddos to really look!
