I do believe there’s a current rebate form available for these filters!?! It is a printable form online!
Here is a link to all of the Filtrete rebates: https://www.filtrete.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/FiltreteNA/Filtrete/DealsRebates/
I think the $6 rebate is done? When I put my mouse over, it stays an arrow and does nothing when I click on it. My mouse arrow changes to a hand on the other rebate. Anyone else having the same problem?
My size is still $16 per filter- seems high to me.
This $10 off 2 odor reduction filters seems like a pretty good deal- these filters are about $15 each at Walmart- so 2 for $20 after the rebate. https://www.filtrete.com/3MContentRetrievalAPI/BlobServlet?lmd=1388680408000&locale=en_WW&assetType=MMM_Image&assetId=1361764688490&blobAttribute=ImageFile
Agree w. Chelsea. My size is NOT a deal at all!
Honestly, when we were looking for filter on Amazon (ours are a weird size only found at Walmart) we came across these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ESOCS4/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B005ESOCS4&linkCode=as2&tag=wwwhip2saveco-20
They work SOOOOOO great. We have to change it about 1 time each month, but it blocks SOOOOOO much dirt. We love them!!
We just had to replace our HVAC system and choice to go High Efficiency. The technician said to use the cheapest ones we could find. I have trouble believing there’s not a difference between $15 a filter or $2.50 a filter but we found 3 packs for $7 at Home Depot.
Our technician told us the fancy filters really don’t do much more than the others. They said it’s better to use the cheap ones and swap them out monthly.
I tend to believe that too!
We had one technician tell us the same thing – use the cheap ones and your house will be heated/cooled more effectively. Then we had a technician from the same company come and tell us to use the more expensive ones because we had too much dust and stuff getting in our system. I really don’t know who to believe????
