i have an angels card is that the same thing..had to call customer service yesterday i had singed for that assurance to get the 20 gift card they ding me .74 cent i purchased on the 10th of jan paid my bill five days before due they dinged me on jan10 for a .74 cent charge…i paid my bill with that on their did not realize it. when i signed up they assured me that i would never be charged if my bill was paid in full. i did exactly what said..so i canceled, don’t think i want to scour my bill ever month to make they didn’t add extra charges to my bill. the customer service rep at victorias secret was awesome and canceled it for me. Any other people have this problem? thanks 🙂
When I talked to them about it, I kept asking questions so I could understand it COMPLETELY before signing up, and the lady just kept reading off the same thing to me… I don’t think she really knew the answer and just had scripted answers. So I opted out. It was my understanding that you have to pay your bill in full BEFORE you even get a STATEMENT for the month… if your statement has a balance above $0 you are going to get the fee for signing up for the offer.. they fee on whatever your statement balance is. So if you make a purchase and pay the same day and therefore your statement balance would be $0, I BELIEVE but am not sure, that you won’t get charged. However when I asked this, I wasn’t able to get a clear answer, therefore I said no thanks. Hope that helps.

I had that problem when I tried to order the two bras 2 days ago, it told me I couldn’t use angelmar with other codes but I didn’t have bra orders on this one, just the slipper socks and I used the sportytote and angelmar and it went through. Hope that helps.
