Did you try just going to check out? I checked out as a guest and after putting in my name and address I was taken to the billing page where it said no billing info needed. My total was $0. Hope this helps!

Did you go to the very last page? That’s when it takes it off.
You need to go through the cycle of pages and enter you address/shipping info. Submit page will show 0.00 balance and it will not ask for a credit card.
