We bought our grill at the end of season sale at Lowes a few years back and bought the 2 year warranty. It wasn’t a cheap grill either, it was on sale for $350. I’m so glad that we did b/c the flame tube cracked a few months before the warranty was going to expire. They looked at it and said that some parts were starting to rust as well and they weren’t going to repair it. They refunded my entire purchase price (minus the warranty) and tax on a Lowe’s Gift card. We used that to buy another one and this time sprung for the 3 year warranty. It was so easy, I recommend getting the warranty!

Where do you enter a promo code during check out? I’m on the payment page and see a space for gift cards, but no promo codes?
It’s before you get to the payment page…when you are viewing your cart there is a + at the bottom that has Promo Code written next to it – click on that and it will open up

As a note, the rebate is not valid for purchases at Lowes, Home Depot, Target or Walmart. I called the rebate center to confirm.

Great deal on mulch and plants / lowes and Home Depot having same sale price on charcoal. I would have to go to walmart for charcoal 2 bags 18 pounds for 8.98 better deal for me.
The terms and conditions of the Scotts rebate state that it is not eligible at the national chains. It’s supposed to be for independent hardware or garden stores.
I just got back with 20 bags of mulch. It’s still so cold here in upstate NY that the bags are partially frozen! lol
Aaaawwww man! No home depot? I just unloaded 10 bags 🙁 Still a good price though at $2 (normally $5 a bag) 🙂
