I got this book in my goodie bag when I left the hospital after the birth of my daughter. She is now 10 months old and she loves lifting the flaps and laughs at the last one every time! It’s a great book for little ones, I highly recommend it.

I was able to get it after about 7 tries. The last time around I closed out every other window I had opened and didn’t have any further issues. At the end I get a “Your shopping cart is empty” message, but I had an immediate order confirmation email.
Finally got it but I had to use Google chrome… just got a confirmation email!

Don’t know if this will help anyone, but I had the same problems with it taking me back to the start and saying my address wasn’t valid. I finally got it to go through when I entered my zip code with the 4 digit extension code (looks like this: 01234-1234) and when it came up that my address wasn’t valid, I entered to just put it through without correcting it. When I checked the address on the final page, it was correct and the order went through. I also got an e-mail confirmation. HTH:)

Got to the confirmation page 4 times (after repeatedly entering my information and going through numerous error pages), but never got an e-mail from them. I was trying for over an hour and a half; very frustrated. I sent an e-mail to customer service to see if that helps.

what a scam–after several tries I finally got to the shipping costs and they tell me they have no idea what the cost will be (huh) just give them your credit card and they will add the costs at another time. I don’t think so.
I did this from my Kindle & has no trouble. Shopping was free & no where did it ask for a credit card…

Just tried it and it worked! I think they simplified it. Thanks. They also have a special board book sale. Ten books for the price of 5 or basically half price and free shipping. Great titles to pick from and I picked out 10 very easily. Thanks Collin and Simon and Shuster. The 10 I picked came to $40.66 with tax. Nice selection for my niece’s son’s first birthday.

I FINALLY got through and placed the order FREE with Free shipping , but it took me 45 minutes of continuous trying. The final try was easy until it wanted the 4 digit added zipcode–it breezed on through. I have NEVER had such a hard time placing an order in my life. And yes, they sent me an email saying I should receive it in 2-5 days. Time will tell! Good luck to all!!

WOO HOO!! I was unable to get this earlier when text came through thought it would be gone for sure but was able to get one for me and my sister in law, never had to put CC info, it didn’t like my address but it gave me options to choose one they had or re-enter so i just chose theirs with the only difference being the 4 digit extension to the zip code. I was using chrome and was done with both within 2-3 minutes with confirmation emails FYI.

Oh my GOODNESS! I thought it would never happen after hours of trying. I vowed to give up many times! The comments here encouraged me to keep trying. I tried on Chrome on my computer about 10 times and still had the same issues as when I tried on my phone. I finally restarted my computer, started up Chrome and went through the check out yet again, and this time it actually worked! I instantly got an order confirmation. So relieved it finally paid off, but if that wasn’t the most frustrating thing ever! I think they caught on to the issue because the time the order went through for me, I didn’t even have to enter the coupon code anymore, it just instantly came up as $0.00 for everything.
