I just called their customer service number 877 227-7872 advising them I never received the freebies and they agreed to send it today. Hope it shows up.

I called and got “Pam’ she said that you have to do the subscription through Bass to get the freebies. She said it was a complimentary subscription through another party and does not qualify. Had it been done through them, directly, I would have received the freebies… bummer… that is why I subscribed…

The magazines have started arriving for me too.
I came across a letter that said, “respond within 10 days” to receive the tackle bag.
I’m assuming that was the prompt to get the bag shipped. I didn’t open the letter until after the 10 day period.

I’ve started receiving the magazine, too. I never got any of the freebies or a letter stating I needed to do something else to get them. Yes, I agree, very misleading. Not happy. 🙁
I’m upset as well, ordered and it was because of the freebies but as I posted above in reply by another person above, calling customer support didn’t help. As per my message above… again what a bummer
My husband has started to get the magazine but no free tacklebox. What gives??? You offer something free you should get it. He is STILL waiting for it. Please send.
