can anyone give suggestions on how to coupon Kitty Litter..which stores offer the best deal. It is the one item my local shelter needs the most. Thanks so much!
Try online. I buy my rabbits litter online because I can buy a bulk size bag that is way cheaper than buying in store (Dr. Foster and Smith is where I get it). When its on sale, I get 1.5-2x the litter for the price! I also spend enough to get free shipping when I order so that doesn’t factor in, also no tax!
I did an internet search for the bedding and that’s how I found the best price there, should be able to do something similar for kitty litter (may have to try a few specific brand names for it to work).
There’s a rebate that Collin posted about a week ago for Arm & Hammer Feline Pine Clumping Litter. It’s for 8, 9 or 14 lb(up to $16.99). It’s one per household, but you could have friends do it also. I’ve seen great deals at Meijer’s, with their mperks, if you have one of those near. HTH.
Cats Pride has a rebate program where you receive one free litter for every eight you buy. We live in the South and Publix had them BOGO recently. In addition Publix had a 2.00 off coupon and their policy is if you print it from their site you can use the coupon times the quantity of the item. The litter was on sale and BOGO and 2.00 off plus the rebate. I do not know if other stores have the BOGO or coupons.
Treats from this company have been recalled quite a bit. Sometimes a “deal” isn’t worth it.
