Link works for me but only sample available is for frizzy hair
Copy past in a different browser and it works. U have to click that u have frizzy hair
you must click frizzy hair on the second or third question
I had the same problem. I tried it in two browsers to see if it was a Google problem…no luck
all the way to the end…”please try again or order another sample.” Chrome.
-> IE kept freezing on the 1st page of the quiz. Switched over to Chrome – no problems.
->Make sure to pick “coarse, frizzy” hair, or you will not be allowed to continue the quiz. If you picked the wrong one, simply “x” out of the quiz, and retake.

Why do they want to know household income for a sample? That’s the first I have seen that question on Target sample spot.

It does not work in Chrome, Firefox or AOL for me.
In Chrome it hung up on the first question screen (where it asks if you are of age). Tried reloading a couple times, but it still would not submit to proceed to the next question. For some reason on my boyfriend’s account (but same computer and also Chrome), it did not have this problem.
