Sam here! I’ve tried going in on different days of the week, too, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I usually only get 1 or 2 coupons now by scanning, and some times it says I have printed everything even though I haven’t printed one yet. But then my receipt will have 4 or 5 coupons attached. Very confusing!
This is a tip my cashier told me. If you do all your shopping on Sunday, you’ll only get the coupons mentioned in the ad. On Monday the system resets. If you don’t go to the store Mon-Sat, then those offers will drop from your card. If you log into your extracare account on Monday morning, you can see what coupons are available to print at the red box. Sometimes on Wed/Thurs there will be additional offers, and those will print at the red box. So make sure when you scan your card, you do so until it tells you that you don’t have any more coupons.
Everyone’s card goes through a cycle, where you’ll get offers each wk, then they slow down or stop. Just give it time! I went through a dry spell of about 6 wks, and then the coupons started again. Some have suggested registering for a new card (using a new email addy), but you have to burn down your current bucks and start over, which can be a pain, esp if you have a bunch accumulated on your current card. However, even getting a new card, doesn’t guarantee you’ll get red box coupons or email offers.

Yes, the 98% rule works for the gas card deal. For bogo 50%, the 1 st item rings up full price then the 2nd at 50 % so that’s what will credit.

Did anyone notice the VO5 shrinkage? The bottle use to be 15 fl oz now they are 12.5 fl oz. I use these to refill hand soap dispenser, not a bad price but why shrink the bottle?

Off-topic (sorry) but I have a bag of expired qpons over the last 6mths. I live in the Charleston, SC area. Is there a place I can drop them off? Or does anyone here want them? I don’t think I will be mailing them. Thanks for any info 🙂
Had a great trip to CVS today, thanks to Hip2Save. I’m concentrating on the Collin’s red highlighted deals at both Wags and CVS – today I got the soup, Arizona tea, Colgate toothpaste and toothbrush, 2 Crest paste, Gelusil, 2 Almay eye shadows, and 2 Hefty ( kitchen and black trash) bags. I used $12 in ECBs and paid $16 oop, but received $15.50 back in ECBs and also had a couple of small Ibotta rebates. So, basically I paid $12! Thanks so much!
Did everyone get the $1 eb on milk? I didn’t, nor is it advertised here in Northern California.
Milk deals are regional. Some states cannot discount dairy due to state laws.

The ad says 1, but it’s actually 3. However it’s tricky bc anything over $30 is not carrying over towards the next deal. My total was a little over $30, my receipt said amount towards reward $30, amount needed $30 and did not say my offer limit was reached. So I did another deal at another store and my limit still has not been reached. When I got home I looked at the online ad and it says “limit 3”. Oh and if you’re in an area that has the pepsis priced 4/$12 or $5 each, it’s tracking just like the cokes a few weeks ago, giving you credit for $20 but paying $12!!!!
It is three. Check the bottom of your receipt and it will tell you the amount needed toward the next card/reward. It would say limit reached if it was 1.

I bought 41.98 towards gas card got 1 and my receipt says I need 18.02 for another. That’s the reason for my question. I know ad says limit one but my receipt says different. Also, maybelline tracking
That’s odd that yours is carrying over, unless they fixed the tracking since this morning. Mine says I have $60, yet my total b4 coupons for both deals is $64. Maybe if it’s fixed, my receipt will catch up with the $4 tomorrow and I’d only need $26 for another gas card.

For the gas card deal, do ECB’s count as coupons? In other words, if I get my total to $30, then use my manufacturer coupons, can I then use the ECB’s to pay for the balance? New to this kind of deal and kinda rusty at CVS… thanks!
Yes, you can use ECBs to pay down the balance. As long as you meet $30 before coupons, (well $29.40 b/c CVS uses a 98% calculation for spend deals), including CVS store coupons & extrabucks, you’ll get your coupon to redeem for a gas card.

There is a $3 off any Almay coupon that printed from the red machine which not only makes that deal free but overage!! Used that overage to buy a 3pack of paper towels and only paid 29cents. Thanks Colin!
I tried the Almay deal and the cashier wouldn’t let me use the second coupon because I’m getting the second one for less than the coupon is worth. Is she right? I paid .99 for the eye shadow since they are 4.99 at my store so it wasn’t that bad but would like to know for future purchases
U should figure out ahead of time what the overage would be and buy something else at the same time so the overage goes towards that item 🙂
