I just installed the bar and tried checking out, but I don’t see anywhere where it’s giving me $5 off. It’s over the $25 minimum limit as well.
It has to be sold and shipped by Amazon only.

Did you try purchasing one item that was over $25.00. My item was a game that was $34.00.
Yup…I have one item that is $35, then 2 others around $10 each. All say shipped and old by Amazon. I emailed customer service, but will have to wait to see.
I think you need to initiate your transaction in the Amazon 1Button App by searching for a product there.
So if you get this app you have another toolbar on your computer that takes up space on your screen, or is it just an icon?

Did it show up in your cart before checking out?
It shows up when you get to the final page. When you get to the place your order button.
It has to be sold and shipped by Amazon only for you to get the credit.

In order for the credit to show up you have to use the widget to add the item to your cart (which is sorta pain). So you can’t like just go to amazon.com and search and add to cart, you have to navigate in that little box, click on product to open it’s page then add to cart.
Thank you so much! 🙂 It finally worked, but I had to install it again with Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, empty my cart and go back in and add the items. Once I did that, it worked. However, Amazon customer service did get back with me and said that if I was still having trouble to place the order and then email them the number and they would apply the credit (in case that helps anyone else).
Wow that took forever! $5 wouldn’t come off without putting the items in the cart using the app EACH time. Just finding one and putting it in the cart and then searching again from there didn’t work ($5 wouldn’t come off). Had to go through the little app button each time.I guess it’d be a lot faster if you only had one item to get over the $25…
