Apparently only some local ads/zip codes work. I changed the zip code and everything was find so if anyone else has this issue then change zip code
for some reason, my Sears defaults to the Sears Hardware store near us, which apparently is not part of this promotion. I have to click on “change store”, enter my zip code, and then pick a different Sears in order for it to come up.

So that is the problem. I could never get it to work right. It always took me to a hardware store page also.

Does anyone know for how many days does sears hold store-pickup items? Can’t find that info online.

I ordered something in December, and didn’t pick it up until February. Not sure if it is standard, but that was my experience.
In my experience, they usually only hold items for a week. I had to learn that the hard way at least twice.
It says 5 days, but I have picked up after about 7.
I ordered something and waited 3 weeks, the item was listed in their system as “picked up” already even though I had not picked it up yet. They said that maybe after waiting so long they put the item back or someone could have just taken it home with them. I was very upset because it does not state a pick up deadline in your order information. They credited my account $25. So now I will only order if I can pick it up within 2 weeks.
My local Kmart will hold it for at least a few weeks… I’ve never had an issue with them when I’ve gone to pick up my stuff…
Where do the points go after you have recieved them? I got 3,500 today and a lot more through out the month but my account says I only have 400 points
The points for today will not be available for use until 6/15. Points that you have been rewarded in the past expire, so just be sure to use your points before the expiration date. Hope this helps!

Can someone explain how I use these points? I got 4,000 total, but when I click on my Shop Your Way account info, it doesn’t show the points!
The points will appear on 6/15
They won’t become available to you for use until 6/15, but if you go in to your account history, you should be able to see where the points were awarded.
Neither worked for me.
Got 6,000 for both my husband and I. We have a new baby coming and are able to stock up on tons of free diapers and wipes when we combine points and coupons in store. Its awesome!!!

I actually didn’t read most of this post or the congrats message (don’t even remember how many points I got) because I was in a rush and I find the Shop Your Way program complicated. I figured I had to act fast to get the points, so I found the five seconds to earn the points and figured I’d check back here, when I had some free time, if I had any problems. People are usually pretty helpful on hip2save :). I guess we’re spoiled.

I did all of this and when I went to the deal center I had a surprise coupon for $15 off any purchase. Just ordered 4 towels for $5. I did store pick up. So check in the deal center to see if you have this coupon.

I don’t know about your Kmart but mine always as food on clearance. The last time I went they had milk for 50 cents! Yes, it was going to expire in a few days, but we go through it quite fast around here.
I have been using those points to get groceries at Kmart. Combined with coupons, sale and sometimes moneyback from Checkout 51 I am getting cereal for free! Of course it all depends if you have to drive far to your local Sears or Kmart.

On a side note, I used my 3,000 points from last week on Sauve Professional on sale for 2 for $4, and get 2,000 points back. Not bad in my book, I didn’t even have to use a coupon.

I only got 1,500 total but when I visited Sears website it said I had 7,000 surprise point s (off a purchase of $20) Plus 6% back on ebates

You go to the Sears.com and Kmart.com Local Ad. It’s usually on the right side of the sears.com and kmart.com website near the top.
Thanks for posting! 500 Kmart and 3000 Sears! Exciting. I just had $3.00 from last time. I hit up the clearance section at our Kmart and got 2 things of choc chip cookies and a small thing of sour cream and paid $0.08 ! WOO HOO!
