I had a horrible experience with this company. I received items that were not clearly described on their site and I had a 10 off coupon. I requested a return and they refused to give me the full amount that I paid. They said that the 10 off was void. They were going to make me pay more for the items if I returned them. Unbelievable! I would not do business with them.

In regards to your $10 coupon, we do offer various promotional coupon codes that require a minimum purchase be met in order to utilize the coupon.
I did read the description and when I measured it the size was off. In regards to the promo 10off….Why would you charge me more to return an item then I paid to begin with? i have never had any problem returning items that i paid for with a promo code from any other business. They always make it right for their customers. Horrible customer service. Sorry. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
You would not be charged more for the return, I am not certain where you received this information. Once the items were returned if the order would fall below the minimum purchase total the free $10 would no longer be valid (since you need a minimum order of $20 to use said coupon code). I am sorry if there was any confusion on this.
Good business sense would have been to respond with ONLY: “I’m so sorry about your experience. Please email me directly at (blahblah dot whatever) so that I can immediately assist you with this problem/error”. And for the sole reason that you did not respond in that manner, instead responding in my opinion with a bit snark and sass… I will never do business with your company. Was considering it… but not anymore. Good day to you and good luck running your company in that manner.
I ordered a soft ball through them with some promo. code they had a few years ago. I got an adorable, soft ball that my toddler loves. I would order from the again!
I ordered the crinkly for my niece. It’s a very light sound. I guess if I were ordering other things from them, I would add this but I wouldn’t buy it just by itself.
i ordered some bootie and neither of the snaps worked. I couldn’t return them since i opened up the plastic bag they came in….duh, how else would I have known they were broken if i didn’t open up the bag. The hats I ordered were nice but disappointed that I couldn’t use the booties and couldn’t get them replaced at no cost to me!
It looks like they have some super cute baby stuff! I may just need to buy a blanket…

I’ve had one of these for 4 months. The crinkle isn’t crinkly anymore. I’ve washed it twice. Not worth $4 in my opinion.
Just a gentle warning/reminder about crinkle toys: Be sure to check in on your LO when s/he’s playing with a crinkle toy, to make sure it’s not actually a plastic bag you’re hearing! We assumed my baby was playing with her crinkle toy in the back seat of the car, and when we arrived at our destination and went to pull her out of the carseat, we realized she actually had managed to get ahold of a PLASTIC BAG. Horrors! We completely disregarded that crinkling sound. Thank goodness she did not have it very long.
