is the warranty JUST on the bottle though? They sell replacement tops.. so I was curious..
I have done 2 requests for new leaky tops/straw parts and both have been fulfilled over the past 2 years, no questions asked!
Did u have to send back the broken one? Sometimes return shipping kills it.

Awww, crap! I got all excited and ordered two before I realized these aren’t the regular Camelbak bottles with the zippy straw. They’re ones with a big wide mouth you just pour! My toddler loves the regular ones, but won’t be able to use these.

Am I the only one who can’t get the application for free shipping to load?
I didn’t have anything load. I added 4 of the Camelbak bottles for a total of 15.98. It said I only needed $9 and change to get free shipping but I kept going in the checkout and the final page before I submitted showed free shipping. Hope that helps.
It doesn’t show free shipping until you enter in your credit card information.

I got a “back ordered” email today.
After getting a back order email last week, I just now received a cancellation saying that due to overwhelming demand, pricing error and manufacturer supply that they will be unable to fulfill the orders.

My order was cancelled and they didn’t say I was to be refunded just gave me 10% off my next order! Very mad about this!!
I also got an email saying my order was cancelled and the 10%off coupon. They credited my account for the amount charged… I would have waited for them to come off of backorder… Totally disappointed!
