I wish I could use cartwheel, I don’t own a smart phone and cannot afford one.

Hmm I used it once before by going to the website, adding offers and then printing out the barcode to take with. Is that not possible anymore?

    • dandee

U don’t need a smartphone…print out the barcode and use that…it’s sorta like a library card…pick the cartwheels you want and attach them to your cartwheel account…

      • mel

yeah, you just make an account (using email or facebook) Print your unique barcode (which never changes, no matter the offers you add or remove). The only downside to not having a smart phone is being able to add offers while in the store. But you can still add offers before heading out to take advantage of the discount.

You should look into a no contract phone. Plenty of options at Best Buy and Walmart. My mom & dad have one, they buy minutes as needed to talk, but can use 3G/WIFI as necessary. They don’t do texts though. I think they paid $50 for the phone at Best Buy. And it’s comparable to my Samsung Galaxy 3, which is nice b/c I can navigate it if they get stuck on something!
