This popular Cartwheel offer is back for Target shoppers! Head here to load a rare 30% Off The One Spot Cartwheel Savings Offer (valid through June 29th only). Note that there is a limit of 4 items per guest and this offer does exclude clearance. If you’re not familiar with The One Spot, it’s the area located in the front of most Target stores where everything is priced at just $1-$3. You’ll find various items from accessories to toys to household items and more.

If you’re hosting a 4th of July party or just want to get ready for the big celebration, consider snagging patriotic decor at The One Spot – like patriotic buckets, large ribbons, chalk & holders, flags and more – all of these items would be just $0.70 each after the 30% Off The One Spot Cartwheel Savings Offer.

I wish I could use cartwheel, I don’t own a smart phone and cannot afford one.

Hmm I used it once before by going to the website, adding offers and then printing out the barcode to take with. Is that not possible anymore?

    • dandee

U don’t need a smartphone…print out the barcode and use that…it’s sorta like a library card…pick the cartwheels you want and attach them to your cartwheel account…

yeah, you just make an account (using email or facebook) Print your unique barcode (which never changes, no matter the offers you add or remove). The only downside to not having a smart phone is being able to add offers while in the store. But you can still add offers before heading out to take advantage of the discount.

You should look into a no contract phone. Plenty of options at Best Buy and Walmart. My mom & dad have one, they buy minutes as needed to talk, but can use 3G/WIFI as necessary. They don’t do texts though. I think they paid $50 for the phone at Best Buy. And it’s comparable to my Samsung Galaxy 3, which is nice b/c I can navigate it if they get stuck on something!
