you cannot use the % off on sale items. just when they are at regular price. i tried it too. it did not work. but i did this: bought a 40ct. box for $8.29… used – 25% off pads, tampons or liners, used – $2.00 off $8.00 on pads, tampons or liners, used the $3.00 on 32 ct. or more… paid $1.29 !!!
