    49.02 for 11 items shipped or 4.90 ea. Some items are still available for back order even if they are technically sold out and will ship in about 10 buisness days. That’s fine sense some go in the closet for Christmas and birthday. 🙂

I tried to order first and it kept all my items in my shopping cart and no confirmation – I clicked the shopping cart and entered my info again and then I finally got an online receipt. Hope I don’t end up with 2 of the same order – but for those prices I can always use them for donations!

    Check your email vs your order online when placed. My total was $52 and then I got an email and it said $58. I contacted customer service. There system made an error in calculations in the email.

    I placed an order this morning after having trouble with the site being sooo slow and constant errors. Went much faster and no errors this morning. All my items were out of stock but it let me order them, so hoping my order gets placed.

    My total after the promo code is 57.22, but it’s still showing a shipping charge… I thought shipping was free once you totaled 49? does anyone know?

    Received confirmation, but the total was more then what I was given on the checkout page. Called CS and was told on sale items the 70% off does not apply.
    Also, the items that were out of stock and said would ship in 10 days would be cancelled. They will not ship out:(

    I just spoke with Crayola..they stated the 70% off didnt work on items already on sale (which is almost all of them) or items that are backordered (which is the rest).

    ordered $173 worth of stuff for $52! got my confirm and it looks like everything went through. Some items appeared out of stock so I am hoping that doesn’t cause a problem

    I called to place my order. I was told that anything showing out of stock, on backorder, will not be restocked because they are having a liquidation sale. The customer service rep. said that any orders that go through with out of stock items will be canceled. I spent SOO much time on this site, and was frustrated to find out that everything I was interested in getting could not be ordered. If the website would have not allowed me to add these out of stock items to my cart, it would have saved me a lot of time! I hope others end up getting what they ordered 🙂

    Just spoke with crayola. Not only are they canceling items off the order, once those items are canceled, if your total is below the $49 they will charge shipping even though the original order was with free shipping.

      When I saw your comment, I emailed them – ugh, I hate a hassle more than I love a deal! I just said that I’d heard that back ordered items wouldn’t be shipped and that I’d be charged for shipping for a total purchase less than $49…and if that was the case to cancel the order. A customer service rep replied very quickly and said that I would still have free shipping. She didn’t say which items would ship, but I think the only thing that wasn’t marked as out-of-stock that I ordered was Crayola® 3D Color & Play Doll House. While I’d love to have everything, I’ll be happy with anything I get at 70% off and no shipping. She did say that she’ll watch my order to be sure I don’t get charged shipping, so I’ll watch my receipt/credit card statement…and not have high hopes for a big order arriving.

    I had the same question, Sarah. I tried emailing them twice with no response. Their website says “under construction”.

      So I just received a response:

      “Dear Customer, Thank you for your order and your recent inquiry. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Due to the popularity of our 70% off promotion there has been a delay in processing your order. The order is currently being processed in our warehouse and is scheduled to ship shortly. You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped. Delivery time is 5-10 business days or less.”

      I had to email customer service directly and not through the website.

SureSource is in the process of liquidating their product inventory at savings up to 70% off on a first come, first serve basis.     well I will not be happy. 🙁 I didnt know ahead of time that someone else was supplying the orders, I thought we were ordering from crayola store. shouldnt they honor the order?

    I emailed them again this afternoon and they sent a message back that my order (the items that weren’t on backorder cuz that part was canceled) was shipped out by UPS today and they gave me a tracking number. So I have that to check and now have a pending charge on my credit card – so maybe I’ll actually get some of what I ordered.

    Received an email yesterday that my order had shipped with a UPS tracking number and now have a pending charge. Over 2 weeks of waiting but maybe I will actually get my stuff!

    I was told I would only be receiving one item from my order. I emailed to no avail. I will be filing BBB complaints against both Suresource, LLC and Crayola. This situation is unprofessional, unorganized, and unacceptable. I would encourage others who have had negative experiences to file complaints as well, it might discourage Suresource from creating another dissatisfying experience with other websites they maintain. Filing with Crayola will bring to their attention the negative customer experiences Suresource has brought to their company. I may be going overboard, but this experience has ticked me off.

    I am also annoyed with Crayola. I just received one of the items I ordered from this sale- I ordered 12 total. The invoice states that the rest of my ordered items were “canceled,” and I was charged $1.92 processing and handling fee. It’s obvious that crayola is experiencing quality and quantity control issues. And Sarah is right- their customer service is basically nonexistent. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and it’s doubtful that I will purchase Crayola products in the future.
