UPDATE: PayPal has updated the terms of the offer to include the following restriction: “This offer is only valid for customers who received a direct communication from PayPal Inc. or a paypal.com offer. Offer is valid only on purchases of $6.00 or more.” Sorry for the confusion! 🙁
