Just wondering. If I did the starbucks promo in the spring can I still do this one? Thank you for all that you do Collin.
This appears to be a new and separate promo so you should be able to take advantage of this one. Enjoy! 🙂
I submitted my receipt online for the last promo and never got a gift card : (
Just wondering if maybe it went to your spam? That happened to some hipsters and they were able to find it 🙂
I received mine last time
This happened to me as well. I emailed them 2 separate times and I finally got it. I would email them about it.
Thanks!
I will be doing this today I never had try the coffee bean package so why not
It’s all my husband will drink, if you like strong, dark coffee then try the cafe verona.
What is the start date of this promo? I bought frappuccino multipacks about 1-2 weeks ago. Could I submit that receipt?
Purchases made on 9/11/14 through 9/30/14 will qualify.
fine print says “Request must include the product UPCs purchased and original cash register receipt, which must be dated from 9/11/2014 through 9/30/2014”
Oh darn, today was trash day and I just recycled the Target receipts for all the coffee I have bought this week! 🙁
Sweet! There is a Target GC promo on KCups starting Sunday, hoping Starbucks is included. Will make for a nice deal with the $4/2 IP!
Thanks so much just bought coffee this week to take advantage of the gift card deal and the high $4/2 coupon at target! So my deal got even better. $8 for THREE bags of Starbucks coffee:)
You’re so welcome! 🙂
Anyone having a problem using the liquid four packs of iced coffee? It keeps saying the upc isn’t right
Mine keeps saying invalid as well. with a full upc code entered(12)
Anyone done this successfully with the four packs of iced coffee? My grocery store is having a sale on them this week but I probably won’t buy them unless this gift card deal works, too. Thanks in advance!
Oh I am doing the happy dance Colin. I spent 16.97 at Target for three bags of Verona using the $4.00 off two coupon. When the $5.00 gift card came through I added one dollar to that and bought three Cracker Barrel bars. Now on top of that I have just sent for the Starbucks $5.00 gift card. How good can it get? Enjoyed your video with dad and grandmother. Thanks again.
Yay! I am doing a happy dance with you!! Enjoy! 🙂
You are welcome, Mona! Glad you enjoyed the video! 🙂
Erin I had a bit of a problem with the UPC entries in that it said they were too short. Then I noticed tiny little 7’s at either end of the UPC and when I entered these the UPC was accepted. I completely overlooked these little sevens as they are spaced away from the main UPC.
Off the subject here, but if I don’t do this I will forget….again lol
I have a Free Shutterfly 8×8 hardcover code. I didn’t need it so it should work
If I am correct, PG2C-5V7J-7KWJ-4G8SWH expires Oct 31st
Comment if it worked and you used it 🙂
Thank you for the code!
The one above is from P&G and I have this one too I got from the register at Safeway
CT9Y8HNRBA4MY6W1TC expires September 26th
Thanks for the code, TeresaAnn!
Awesome deal! 3 bags used $4/2 coupon. Received $5 Target GC. Bonus stars in October for entering 2 codes. Plus $5 Starbucks GC.
Thank you so much!
I live at 82604 and it doesn’t like the zip. Does that mean I’m not available for this promotion?
did anyone from california go through this successfully? i typed in three different zip codes and it says “invalid” :/
No- it says it’s not valid
My zip in TX came up invalid as well 🙁
yes no matter what zip code i put in it says “invalid zip code” i think there is a glitch with the site.
I put in my zip in Denver and it says invaild as well. WHAT my zip code is invalid! NOOOOOO. I just bought 6 bags at Target this week and I was ready to score big time:).
Does anyone know which zip codes are valid?
I don’t see anywhere that says it must be done in a single transaction. I bought 2 k-cup boxes but in 2 transactions.
Zip code is not working 🙁
I can’t get it to accept my zip either. Don’t see any explanation that says Wisconsin is inelegible??
Looks like it won’t take ANY zip code right now, help! I really wanted to do this deal.
Same zip issue here!
My zip in IL does not work either. How about we just do mail-in…this promotion is supposed to take every zip code, as long as you are in USA. I think Starbuck website is giving people enough trouble so that we, as customers, will give up to claim!!!
Mail-in Submission: Limit one Offer Form per envelope. Requests must be forwarded in an envelope with sufficient first class postage. Request must include product UPCs from the packages purchased and original cash register receipt, which must be dated from 9/11/2014 through 9/30/2014. Request must be postmarked by 10/07/2014. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of Starbucks Star Code via e-mail.
==================
But, does anyone know where to mail to? thanks!!!
Did you ever find the correct address to mail the rebate form to?
Had the zip code issue here, too.
Says my zip code is invalid.
I also get the zip code issue w/ zip 23185. It worked for me two days ago, though. When I entered my zip then, to see if the offer was valid in my area, it immediately went to the next screen asking for the store of purchase & the product UPCs. I hadn’t realized that entering the zip would do anything more than verify the offer was valid in my zip code, so I cancelled at that point. Purchased the coffee today & tried again to enter my zip and complete the offer & got the invalid zip error, as others users are reporting. Since I know the offer is valid in my area, I have emailed Customer Service, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.
Same thing thing happened to me. I did the same thing as what you did and I don’t the received that time so i cancelled. Now I tried it again because I have the receipt with me but it says invalid zipcode. 🙁
Same thing happened to me. I did the same thing as what you did and I don’t have the receipt that time so I cancelled. Now I tried it again because I have the receipt with me but it says invalid zipcode. 🙁
my zipcode in Hawaii is also invalid.
Why is this not working anymore? My zip code is not valid.
Oh…no… just bought them.. and zip code doesn’t work for me either… 🙁
Did anyone get this to work?
I’ve submitted to their facebook page about the broken zip code feature and no answer 🙁 Sent in a comment via the contact us form – so far nothing.
Yesterday I was getting the “invalid zip code” error and today I’m getting the “invalid UPC code” error on a Frappuccino multipack. Seriously, Starbucks?!? Thanks for the promo but so much frustration!
Zip code is working today
for the UPC code it needs 12 numbers I was only inputing 10 and it gave me an invalid code.
worked for me this morning, would not work over the weekend. Cool!
After a couple days of trying….. I was finally able to get it to work. or maybe they fixed the site? It went smoothly and I received a submission code. Hopefully I get a GC in 2-3 weeks. Thank you Collin. I need my Starbucks.
I just bought 2 Starbucks K-cup packs Saturday night (9/20/14). Can I go back and get the $5 Target gift card now? If so, how many days do I have? Thanks
Finally got it to work…
It worked for me today. If it still says “invalid code”, click on the link “Get a new Code” (not the area zip code) then change it. It works for that way.
Thank you Hip2save!
Finally got the zip code to work, but it will not take the UPC #’s of the multi-packs of bottled Starbucks I purchased at CVS. Says the UPC codes from the cartons are not valid. Anyone else have this problem?
not working for me either. I bought them just as you and it says upc codes aren’t valid. I have typed in all 12 numbers!
Yes, Donna H. – same thing happened to me – I was trying to put in my Frappuccino multipacks UPCs from my CVS purchase. Read my post at #44.
any idea how many times this can be submitted? I purchased six bags at the same time (same receipt).
Zip code now works, but the offer changed to “You’ll earn a My Starbucks Rewards Star with qualifying purchases of Starbucks branded products.” Not cool, whoever is in charge of promotions!
All I get is “We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.” But now that the offer has changed from the gift card, I’m not going to even bother with this anymore!
FYI folks, I clicked on the Customer Support link at the top of the page and called Starbucks customer service because my Frappuccino multipack UPCs were still “invalid”. The rep told me this is NOT from Starbucks – this is a third party offer. I asked how they could allow their trademark and copyright to be on it if it’s not their website and she said she would report it to her “higher ups”. So apparently this is not from Starbucks and that’s probably why my UPCs were not working. She was nice and credited me $5 on my Starbucks gold card.
That’s so weird . Young America (look at the URL) is an official company that runs offers for Lays’ , Mars and other big companies. Strange that Starbucks customer service would know nothing about the promo. I am still wondering where to send the receipt to…
It is working now. Just entered all my info digital for Starbucks rebate. No more errors.
Just tried to enter my UPC info & its still telling me that the UPC info (from 2 – 4 pks of SB iced coffee) is not valid. I’ve entered all 12 digits & tried it with spaces as seen on package and without the spaces. It won’t let me enter it!! I just spent 20 minutes on phone w/ SB cust. service & the supervisor told me there’s nothing he can do b/c it’s NOT a SB promo, its thru a 3rd part – young America.
I read above that others were having issues with entering the UPC codes, can someone pls help me to enter the UPC info correctly??!!
TIA
Okay….so, I couldn’t submit my fraps, and emailed customer service, who game me a reference number and told me to call them at 1-877-309-3180. I called and the girl gave me an address to mail my stuff to.
Starbucks Coffee Company
PO Box 880212
El Paso, TX, 88588-0212
She sounded a little bit….flustered? So I’m hoping this is right. At least there is a phone number to call and ask someone about it, if you tried calling 1-800-starbucks before.
I really hope this helps someone!
Where can you see the $5? I don’t see it in the fine print. Thanks.
Anyone else receive their code, only to find it was expired?
Yes, I got an email with an expired code yesterday from Starbucks@status.fulfillmentprocessing.com, a no reply auto-generated email. This happened after sending a request via the Young America contact form (When I called Starbucks, its rep. told me that Starbucks wasn’t involved in the promo) . A rep. from YA told me I would get the code in a few days, so I assume the code is from them, despite the fact that it looks like it could be spam. I am going to call YA today.
What # did you call for Young America? Same thing happened to me. Finally the code went through but only gave me a bonus star, not $5. 🙁
I called 1-800-533-4529, waited on hold for over 20 minutes, and gave up for the day. I will try again on Monday. In the meantime, I copied and pasted the email with the expired code into the contact form: https://www.young-america.com/contact/ and sent a reply to the email I got in response to email that told me the $5 code would be sent in a few days. We’ll see what happens.
I call hockey puck that Starbucks is not involved. “Materials submitted become the property of Starbucks and cannot be returned”. Now that sure seems like Starbucks is the one behind the promo.
Also sent an email off to Starbucks on 10/25. They have 4 business days to reply. Wasn’t going to do it via phone as my guess is that if they actually investigate they will need to talk to others first, so not going to hang on the line while they do that.
I got a response from Young America today, saying try the code again because the expired code issue was resolved. The code worked, but it was only worth one star, not $5. I am writing back again.
