That was my question too, but when reading the cartwheel coupon, it says valid in store only (at least the costume one).
I noticed online there are quite a few kids costumes marked 30% off, not as good as 40% but u don’t have to leave your house:)

For some reason you can not post on the Jill’s Deals. I have a question about the American Girl purchase. I think I got it, the deal wen through pressed to charge card etc. It then asked if I wanted to create an account, I said yes and then it crashed. How do I know if my order went through, will I get a confirmation email? Has anyone else got a confirmation email yet?

If not, I would just return them and purchase it again using the cartwheel. Lol
I doubt it. Target gives deal seekers such a hard time : ( . I bought a table at reg price and used a cartwheel. Well they ran it on sale two days later. I went for price adj and she refused to give it to me since “I already got a deal”. That was bull I think

Cartwheel is considered a “coupon” so you can return within 3 days for a “missed coupon” and they should adjust it for you without issue. it is in their coupon policy. I beleive that they just cannot do a missed coupon by scanning cartwheel so have to do it manually. Ive done it and never had an issue.
does anyone know what the policy is on returning a Halloween costume? I’m reading the reviews and a handful of them are saying that they run small….and there’s no way for me to get my 9mo and 2yr old try it on before buying
I bought 5 costumes last year for my daughter to try on at home because she was in between sizes (and she’s picky about scratchy fabric). We opened all and kept one. I was careful to make sure nothing was missing or got mixed up and I returned 4 with no problem.
They have a strict time frame about returning before Halloween but other than that you should be good!

Yes… I have read here before that you can price match, THEN use coupons. And since cartwheel is considered a coupon, you should have no problems!
You can price match then use MANUFACTURER’S coupons. Target’s official policy is to apply their store coupons first, then price match if the other price is still lower. I’m pretty sure Carthwheel are considered store coupons. YMMV at your local store though.
