Yes. A single cut (any yardage as long as its continuous) of regular priced fabric.

60% off one cut of fabric so if you order for example 4 yards altogether then you get the 60% off but it cannot be different cuts. I called to make sure 🙂

Love to use the 40% 50% & 60% on hand wash they are $1 and are larger than 8oz plus the scent are good.
