Okay so I have a question that maybe someone can help with. I tried to log into my account, but forgot the password. I had the link sent to my email so I could change the password, but minutes later nothing came in. I sent the link a dozen more time, but still nothing. I checked my spam, personal, social, and promotional portion as well and the trash for good measure and nothing. I called Best Buy and spoke with someone in the so called “geek squad” and I had to explain 20 times before she finally understood. She then proceeded to let me know that she couldn’t reset the password I would have to set up a new account. I told her that I didn’t want her to reset my password I wanted the link to go through in my email so that I could. She said well, see this is the problem. A lot of customers have been calling about this same issue and that they are unable to get emails sent either. I said well if this is an issue how do we go about getting it fixed. She put me on hold for 20 minutes, came back on and said sorry there isn’t you will have to start a new account. I said what about all of my reward points that I will lose? Does anyone else know what I am talking about and have experienced something similar?

Check your trash folder that is where I found the email from best buy.
I know you said you checked it but that is where I found my link to reset my password. I ended up finding 4 in the trash folder. I finally got my account back up and working was very annoying.
Last time same thing happened to me, till the next day got the email it takes forever.
I had this issue several months ago & am still not able to get it fixed. I can’t log in and customer service couldn’t help me. It wouldn’t let me set up a new account with the same email. I got an error that said that an account already exists with that email.
Same thing happened to me and I was able to call and they sent me a link to change my password, that didn’t work. I called back today, they did the same thing and it worked. I understand it is so frustrating!!
