Usually not since the actual crafters/artists ship your items directly instead of using a warehouse.
I’ve never seen one. It’s seller driven, so it’s up to the seller to determine if they want to charge shipping fees or not.
If you follow an etsy seller on their facebook account (non-personal one) they will sometimes post codes or have flash sales exclusive to the fb page.
