You posted an email address, you will need to go to your name, click on it, and then select ‘Invite a Friend’. They give you a link there in the middle of the screen, and you can click to copy it. Make sure it doesn’t have a ‘@’ in it. It should be something like mine (my post is # 24 below, you can see what the links look like… they all seem to start with csesa after the https://.

In the initial screen you need to enter your email twice, and then your password (you make it up there) once. That is how you start registration. Is that the screen you are getting?
