I’m not understanding your question. When you get the Rewards cards, they’re sort of like gift cards–so you can keep and spend all of them. When you go to check the value or redeem the code on your Secret Rewards Card, it will remain the same value (until you spend it, then it’ll be 0 of course).
The Secret Reward card says the value will be revealed at checkout. My question is, if I’ve got 60 Secret Reward Cards with unknown value until checkout, can I use another Secret Card to get a better reward (See if I’ve got a $50, $100 or $500 Reward Card, instead of $10).
Is there some way to find out the value of our cards online, before making purchases, so we know the value? If it’s $10, $50, $100, $500?
On the day you can start using secret rewards, add something to your cart then put in a secret reward card and it will tell you how much is on it. That’s what I always do.

Yes there are two easy ways to check the gift card balance. You can call 1-800-270-8999 or directly check the balance on this link and no need for you to put items in the cart to figure out how much you have available. Just go to https://www.victoriassecret.com/gifts/gift-cards and enter the card number 🙂

It didn’t work for me either so I chatted with the rep. She said that the FA code listed requires a bra purchase of $25 or more.

To the gals (including myself) that were confused about only seeing one in the cart – I just spoke to customer service and she mentioned that the code and the one we can see is a BONUS rewards card, the other card was added automatically because the order was placed within a “redemption” period so will automatically show up with your order – what we see if the code for the additional BONUS secret rewards card. Does that help everyone out?

Hi! I placed two different orders on Nov. 23 using the code for the bonus secret reward card and I received my shipments yesterday. Guess what? I only received ONE card in each order :/ did this happen to anyone else?? I am going to call customer service tomorrow because I ordered those items expecting two cards per order and of course, getting only one card does not make the socks I got “free” like I planned. Anyway, anyone else missing a bonus card??
What’s this I hear about some of the reward cards being $10 off $30? If they are at least $10 are they $10 off $10 or $10 off more?
Certain areas they do what they call a test area and they do the 10 off 30 instead of the 10 off 10 on the rewards cards.
I just asked the rep about this and she says that they do not have information on what the minimum spending requirement is yet. Sounds kinda iffy to me! I’ve been collecting these cards not knowing that!

Page 5 says 450K rewards will be $10 off $30 compared to 13 million that will be just $10 off. I’m not trying to be rude or a Debbie downer, I just think people be aware of this- there’s opportunity it won’t be a “money maker.”

I did the same deal with the rhumba! Could not get the deal to work with sports bra. I finally (after ordering a ton!) figured out the fragrance offers. I was using Safari. Switched over to Chrome and poof! There with the samples … try Chrome the next time 🙂
Worked great for me. Make sure that you are not leaving an empty space before and after the code if you are cutting and pasting it.

I was able to snag a bra, panty, two free fragrance samples, & two reward cards for only $10.27! I had just received my $10 off any purchase birthday promo code from Victoria Secret yesterday and was able to apply it to this order.

I just ordered a pair of the pink knee socks( they come 2 pair per order). It asked for me to pick my two fragrances and then I added the secretpink and got the bonus reward card. I did the sweater deal last week, and it still will work. I bought the $19.50 Sweater, used the code COZY, which gives you the free scarf. Then add the code SECRETPINK for a Bonus reward SECRET REWARD card. Then, add 2 sample fragrances. I got this order on Thursday, and it had 2 SECRET REWARD cards, my 2 sample fragrances, sweater, and free scarf. The sweater and scarf are really nice; I wore them on Friday night.
I put all the seamless bras in my cart one of each color, than deleted. Only way I could get code to work. Does anyone know if you can do multiple deals or is it one per household?

Just wanted to let everyone (especially those having problems with it) I also had issues getting it to work at first…You have to absolutely pick the one that shows ONLY the $12.50 price.
