i tried to get a price match at Walmart but when they checked staples website and saw they were sold out they wouldn’t do it.

Did anyone actually recieve these yet? I ordered early the morning of the 23rd and even got an email confirmation and talked to a rep on the 24th who confirmed them. Staples left me a VOICEMAIL today saying they were sorry but to many people ordered them and they ran out to quickly and they could not process my order and that there were NO substitutions. I am terribly upset.

Collin, I cannot seem to access any comments after 61. I would like to know if anyone was able to get any good customer service from Staples in regards to their order being cancelled. I placed my order on Sunday and on TUESDAY I got an email stating that the order had been cancelled! I contacted Staples and asked them for a comparable Beats deal and they simply state that they are sorry. I was unable to get a comparable deal during the black Friday deals either and am terribly disappointed that I was not given the opportunity to price match on Sunday the 23rd when the order was placed. Did anyone have any better luck with the situation? Thanks!
