   The Hamilton Beach slow cooker is awesome! I own several Hamilton Beach and 2 of the size shown. Last year I bought them when they were this price at Sears and put other little items(slow cooker liners, wooden spoons, recipe card with some of the ingredients) with them to give as gifts. I constantly get positive feedback.

   How are people using their points? I had $10 in surprise points for a $10 purchase and it will not let me use them. I wanted to order the crockpot and hand mixer.

  Check to see if you can use your surprise points at Kmart AND Sears. If it’s Sears only, you have to use them at Sears. SYW points can be used at either store.

  Give them a call. I never seem to be able to use my points online even when following the stipulations. I have been successful ordering over the phone.

    Jeannie, check your shop your way reward account, u can check there what the word say about ur point. Sometimes they said only Kmart or only Sears, or can be both. Or sometimes u need to buy in certain department, for ex : shoes/ home/ clothes , etc. You can call the Sywr customer service also about ur suprise point.
