I LOVE shutterfly’s calendars. I do one each year for my grandmother who has 4 daughters, 4 sons in law, 11 grandchildren, 10 grandchildren in law and 7.5 (one on the way) great grandchildren. Everyone gets a calendar. Each of the 4 daughters get 3 “month” pages. Surprisingly, they dont overlap with their birthday or anniversary months so… each sister gets a picture of them with their mother on their birthday month, a pic of them with their husband on their anniversary month, then with the remaining 4 months, each daughter gets a ‘family” page – a collage of pics that they choose of their family from the previous year. EVERY SINGLE PERSON has a pic of themselves on the square of their birthday and a picture of them and their husband/wife on their anniversary. My 90 year old grandmother treasures this calendar. The first year I made one for her, everyone else was so jealous. So, now it is a huge ordeal. I start at the beginning of october and usually have the calendar made and ready to hand out at thanksgiving so my mother and aunts can gift them to their children for Christmas. This year the calendar was especially sentimental as we lost one of my aunts to a tragic auto accident in early October.
