You really can not use any points? In the past I have paid partially with points then credit and was able to gain the points. I just want to double check this isn’t the case (if anybody knows) before buying! Thanks!
This promo offers 100% back in points, so if you say use $19.99 in points and only pay $20, you will only get $20 back in points. There are promos that do allow you do use points and get points, but they aren’t the % back sales.

I got one last night, my kids are getting tablets, but I need one that has a keyboard too..it will double for my youngest (who we forgot to buy a tablet for) and mine. Susan, I had $5.01 in points and tried to apply them at checkout. It looks like you can still earn points when you paid partially with points but it will lower the points you will get back. My checkout page shows:

Same comment as Sally above – I was able to use $5.14 in points and it just reduced the amount of points back I earned to match what I actually paid. Now I just have to decide who gets this great gift!

To me, it’s a good deal because of the points you get back. Otherwise, I wouldn’t pay that much when you can generally get one with more power cheaper. I only know because I’m in the market for one so I’ve been watching the deals pretty closely. I don’t know the reviews on this one but it may be awesome. That’s my one cent. 🙂

I have the same coupon but when I tried checking out with points it brought my points earned balance down to $0.10.
Thanks for the heads up! I used the $10 back in points on $50 for the battery pack and the 32GB Class 10 microSDHC Memory Card ($21 with $10 back in points). Total with tax was $66.48 and I earned $65.69 in points!

Basically if you use points your bonus points will be reduced the amount that you used. So unless need a lower out of pocket amount, it’s not a good deal to pay with points.

There was a blub on the SYW site about getting $15 back in points on a $50 purchase but it must not work on these items, although there was a thing on the page for the SD card someone mentioned about getting $5 in surprise points, so maybe with the 10,000 points on that card plus the $5, that’s like getting $15 back.

I just bought this powerpack directly from the SYW site..just search PNY powerpack. It is $49.98 now, and when you add it to your cart, it shows the full amount in points coming back. I added a holiday fingertip towel that was $1.29 so I was over $50, then applied my $10 back in points on a $50 Sears purchase coupon from my SYW page, so after tax, my total was $54.35 and I am getting $60.51 back in points. I should also receive the extra $15 back in bonus points on 12/8, so it was a huge moneymaker!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
