You can price match online for $12.99 so you would pay $6.49
Per the Target Price Match Policy, “Cartwheel coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target and Cartwheel coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor’s price.”
On targets price match policy they do not accept target coupons or cartwheel with a price match, however they accept manufacturers coupons. I would not get use to using both because a lot more stores and being more strict about it.
My target price matched their online price and still took my cartwheel on a purchase.

I have also never had a problem price matching and then using cartwheel afterwards. And I’ve gone to a few Targets to do this.

My Target just price matched the online price of $11.99 and then also got 50% cartwheel. So $6 plus tax. Yea!
Help!! I was @ Target & they told me that they can’t do price match & cartwheel together. I’m so confused. Can someone pls. enlighten me coz i’m so confused. Either they don’t want to sell their toys or they are keeping them for themselves. I’m new to couponing. Thanks.
Some stores will and some won’t. I also think it depends on who’s working at the counter. One lady once told me no they cannot take coupons or cartwheels when price matching. And then a young man price matched and said he will try to scan the cartwheel and it worked. Hit or miss.
I was able to get the price match to target and use the cartwheel and they did the bogo 50% of another toy. So I got the doll and a transformer. I used a transformer coupon from the paper this past Sunday for $3 off and paid under $10! Wahoo!

I was in Target Saturday and purchased a rug for $99.00, Sunday a new Cartwheel coupon showed up for me and it was 30% off the brand rug that I bought. I called them and they said that I could not get an adjustment. I would love to try to save $30.00 but don’t know how without returning the rug and trying to re-buy.

I was able to do the price match and my cartwheel. And I picked up a Transformer in the BOGO 50% promotion with this doll. I used a $3 off coupon from the paper on the Transformer and got both toys for about $10! If you’re in need of another toy try and get one that is included in the BOGO 50% off promotion for a great deal!
I guess it depends on the target. I went there and purchased two transformers toys, the Sofia doll and a frozen toy. The bogo 50% only worked for one set of toys even though they all qualified because they said I couldn’t combine cartwheel and the deal; even though I was always able to before.😕
