Idk on this set specifically, but I have some farberware pieces that I love (stainless steel clad with copper in the middle, great for cooking), but I also have one stainless steel by them that is lower quality (only one stainless layer, no copper or aluminum in the middle for the better heat dispersal) and this second pan scorches on the bottom easily. So, you do have to be careful. Just bc it is farberware is not a guarantee it’s good quality!

I personally have not been impressed with faberwares quality. I do not have the cookware set but I do have other kitchen tools made by them and they are not good quality at all.

I ordered 3 items last night, my total came to $65 after the $50 discount. This morning I received an e-mail that one of the shirts was now out of stock and had been removed from my order. This meant that the promotion did not apply anymore and my account was charged an additional $5. My total now was $70 for 2 items instead of $65 for 3 items. When I called to cancel the order I was told that it was too late to do that and I would have to go to the store and return it once it was delivered. I feel this is poor customer service since it was not my fault they ran out of the item.
I agree with you on the poor customer service on their part. I have ran into that a few times this Holiday season, kind of a real bummer. I have Walmart on my naughty list. Then I need to point out Kohl’s step above the rest with their exceptional customer service. This is where it really goes to show who is really concerned about making their customers happy and making $$. My experience Kohl’s what handled with care and true customer service and in my book they truly care. I placed and order at Kohls for 3 items used a cyber promo code getting me 20% off already clearance items and my total above 50 got me free shipping. Part of my order was cancelled and they honored my free shipping and also I earned $15 Kohl’s cash even though a part of my order that was what earned my Kohl’s cash was cancelled because they were out of stock and they cancelled my order. The best part is I called as soon as I seen the item back in stock they honored my original price for the item and even let me pay for it with the Kohl’s cash I earned from the previous order that they cancelled because it went out of stock. True co

Hi, all — My daughter-in-law tried to do this deal and like many of you, couldn’t find a small item to work. Meanwhile, she said the set was sold out. I went directly on the Bon-Ton website and they still had the sets available in blue, red and lavender. I added a pair of knee-high nylons for $2.95 to the blue set to get over $100, used the promo codes and it worked! Good luck!
