My Victoria’s Secret store is being really annoying with the secret reward cards this year. They’re not allowing them to be used on any item that is on sale – regular price only. Is anyone else running into this?
It’s a gift card so you can use it on anything you want! I would ask to speak to a manager and ask to see where it states that in the fine print. Clearly not right.
I’ve used it on $10 items and the 2 for $30 beauty sets. I would call customer service and tell them what they are doing. Not cool that they are controlling how you spend your reward cards.
Are the sets only 2/$30 or can you buy one for $15?
You have to buy 2 to get it for $15 each. I just picked up 2 the other day 🙂
They are $18 if you buy just one. If you are talking about the 3 piece fragrance sets with lotion, mist & body wash.
When VS had 7 panties for $27, I was able to use my rewards card along with a free panty card and $10 off a purchase. I was able to get 8 panties for a little over $8 (including tax) after using the $10 off purchase and my $10 rewards card. I asked if it was okay to use the rewards card even if I used the $10 off purchase and the cashier said it was ok.
they dont allow me to use it with a coupon they told me its not a gift card !!
If you can use them online for anything…they can’t dictate in store. That doesn’t make sense. It’s almost not worth the hassle.
I ran into the same issue on Sunday in Indianapolis…
I tried using my secret rewards on the $30 sports bra sale they had going. I went to 2 stores and they both said no although one had been doing it the day prior but then the manager changed their mind I was told. Also wouldn’t take them on the 2/$30 gift sets. I was very frustrated.
Same issue for me…wouldn’t let me use it on sale items…really annoying…
My store wont let me use it unless I spend 30..its a test run she sai…FAIL.

Well if that’s true I don’t feel so bad that I used mine yesterday on regular priced panties. Although they would only allow me to use one card per transaction…

Does anyone know if you can use a rewards card in store without having the actual card with you? My SIL is giving me hers to use, but I won’t have it in hand.
I used a few of the emailed codes in store with absolutely no problem! Just showed them on my phone and they typed it in.

I heard a lady complaining because they check your name on your email and your id. She said the code was her sister’s and they wouldn’t let her use it.

My Victoria’s Secret was checking id’s to make sure the name matched the email. And they wouldn’t let me use my birthday reward with it or 10/30 with it. It was really annoying after I waited in line for 45 minutes!

No, probably not aware of its dates. BI expired the 14th, the VIB/R expired the 15th.
I just ordered the shop at home sephora deal using my expired 15 off 50 and it worked.. spent 39 to get an eye cream as well and will get 15 back.

Thanks Collin for the heads up on the online submission for the secret rewards card! I was really lucky and got a $500 one. I was in the store for 3 hours Monday night and came home with 20 pairs of underwear, 7 bras, a robe, 2 nighties, and two packs of socks. Out of pocket $2.33! Thank you for all that you do!!

I ended up actually getting 60 reward codes via email. I could hardly believe it. I bought about 10 perfume ornaments for .80 cents each after the codes. I also found some shorts for $10 on clearance, some $10 dry shampoo, and bought some 40% off make up bags for $2 after codes. I kept about 20 codes for myself and gave the rest to my sisters, friends and sister in law. They were all so pumped!
