I went and bought a panty with my rewards card the other day. Can i return it and exchange it for 2 instead?
You could take them to the store and ask to exchange, but you can’t return them. The rewards card counts as “$10 off” so if the panty was say $12, then when you return them, you would get only $2 back. The rewards card is just gone. But the store might be nice and let you exchange your one panty for two 🙂

I just thought I would share this info with everyone that wants to use multiple offers at the store. My store allowed me to use 1 secret reward along with a coupon (I had a $10 bday coupon) and I was able to use both on the 50% off panties for a great deal. I actually talked to c.s. on the phone this morning and they told me the same thing but I checked anyway at the store before I got in line. I’ve found 99% of the time VS is very accommodating and I’m now a Forever cardholder and I deal with them all the time and only had 1 unpleasant experience which later was made right..happy shopping everyone!

I received a replacement card via email for a card missing from my order as well. Mine says it can be used online, through the catalog, or in stores… Just to print the virtual card out and bring it in. No idea why they all wouldn’t be the same.

Nope the cashier uses their own code. They scan a little piece of paper that they have to automatically take off 30%. Emailed you.
