How do you redeem the Shop your way rewards/points? It seems whatever I place in my cart it says you can redeem O points towards this purchase. Does anyone know how shop your way works? I do have points that are going to expire 12/19/14. Thanks.
i think the Shop Your Way points exclude certain item like food/grocery items, pharmacy items, beauty items, health items etc
That has happened to me before. Can you see it in your shop your way account before ordering? If no, you need to call customer service. If you see them but when you check out they arent there, most likely your points have exclusions, if you try to buy something excluded points dont show up at checkout. (Some points have alot of exclusions) if all else fails call customer service, they are actually helpful hth
The customer service at Shop Your Way are the best!! Hopefully if you have any issues you can just go through them and not Sears/Kmart – they’re awful!

Nope my MIL shops there religiously…at least once a week – big purchase totals and always has at least one layaway and she NEVER gets points. I only shop there when I have surprise points with no minimum and I’ve got close to $100 since October…so it can’t be based off shopping habits.

$10 in surprise points I didn’t get an email but I checked my account. I had to click the points to reveal the surprise points when I first log in it only shows regular points but after clicking it shows surprise points. Last week I checked on Saturday and I had $5.00 in point that weren’t listed as surprise but expired in a couple of days. I don’t know where they came from.
If you ever signed up for a personal shopper, that’s where the $5 dollars may have come from.

$8 for me! Yay! Not that I have any idea how they randomize points, etc but I’ve noticed that if I have something left in my cart for a while, I get points. I just leave the same thing in the cart all the time and I’ve gotten over $40 in surprise points in a month. Before that, I never got any. I’m not saying that’s why but maybe it has something to do with it.

Nothing for me. It reminded me to check my points from a $250.00 purchase I made at the end of November, and it says the points I got for that purchase expired Dec. 8th! Really? No wonder I don’t shop there much.

Okay this is what I got but I cannot find one item that it will take the $10 off of. I have tried toys, Christmas, baby items for over $10 and several items that total over $10. At my local Kmart instock and for free pickup. HELP please any ideas?

Has anyone used coupon for $10 back in points on $10+ purchase? It is valid 11/21/14 – 12/25/14. I picked up this coupon from customer service area the other day. I am just trying to get a sale item (no clearance, hot buy, etc) but the points not showing up. I wonder it will be given after submitting the order?
I used that coupon on my order and when I entered the code it showed I would get it. Then after placing the order it never showed to my account. I had to contact customer service with the order number and they said that I didn’t qualify for the $10 back in points because I used points towards that order so then that disqualified me from the points back. It never said that on the coupon!!!
I had $25 off an automotive purchase of $199 or more, which would normally be a total waste for me (unusable), but I blew out a tire today and discovered the tires on the used car I purchased earlier this year aren’t even the recommended size so instead of purchasing just two (like I hoped), I bought four new tires. Spent WAY more than I would have liked, but saving $25 was nice.
