  I have an 11year old who owns these for PS3 and he enjoys playing with the different characters he has. I also have a 6 & a 5 year old who also enjoy playing with them. They are figures you put on some sort of platform and the kids can play the game on their game console and the characters on the platforms “come to life” and enter the game. Hope I explained it well lol.

  My husband and I love this game. I die a lot so we have a ton of characters so we don’t have to restart levels. My 19 month old likes to collect the pieces and carry them around. You can use all the old pieces from the previous two games so you can get them pretty cheap.
