I had an expired one as well but wasn’t aware of it since the expiration date isn’t well listed. Customer service was super nice and said they’d honor it anyway. Worth a try!

If its a code someone posted then the canceled it cause someone used the code before you did.
but my code did go thru before it didnt say the balance was 0 at all
Yes that happens it doesn’t get updated to zero balance right away so if someone used it before you did both orders went through but only the first order is valid all others will be canceled

Hi Brandice! The Mountain Climber backpack, is coming up at $19.99 for me, when I add it to my bag. But, the other two are coming up at $12.99.
I ordered the brown one and it showed up in the shopping bag @ 19.99. I used the Customer Service chat feature & by the time I completed the purchase, it went down to 12,99. The rep said he was researching it; maybe they fixed it now.
None of them are $12.99 after putting in my cart they all say 19.99

I bought my 2nd grader the Mountain Biker backpack about a month ago. It is excellent! Very nice quality, pockets that make sense and it’s much cuter in person. He is almost 8, and it just fits him. I see this lasting all the way through elementary school.
They said if you call and place your order they will be $12.99. If you place online your order will be flagged and the price will be corrected.
My “kid” (13 year old) needs a BIG bookbag…at least 21″Hx17″W and so far, the ones I’ve found are so expensive. I wish they’d hurry up and have the books on devices, like the kindle and nook. I’ve heard that’s coming soon. It will make these bookbags and our kids backs last a lot longer. 🙂
