    I was skeptical but this thing saved my tree!! Key is to change out the few unlit bulbs once it gets the strand back working, if you don’t after too many go out the strand will go out again and you won’t be able to see which bulbs actually need replaced.

    if you use 9990 points to purchase, do you still get the 8100 in points back?

      No. You don’t earn points anymore if you use points.

    Keep in mind this is NOT for LED strings. They offer a different one. I just look at the bad bulbs and swap them out. hehehe

    Has anyone tried buying this with points and received points? The new system does not show me what happens when I use points. Not liking the new webpage…

    I had the same problem with the website, saying there was a problem at their end… I did an online “chat” with customer service and the rep tried, then told me she also had a problem placing the order…. then a short time later, I checked my email and saw that my order was received and I should await pickup confirmation — and then I saw that I got that “received” message twice, with two different order numbers! Anyone know if you can get the shop your way rewards twice on this item? For that price, I don’t mind getting two- I can give one away….

    normally if you enter a different quantity the points will change too, but it didn’t on this when I tried to order two, so, no, I don’t think you’ll get points for both. Still haven’t been able to place any order, ugh, we need this!
