Headed to Walmart? It appears they have now marked the Christmas Clearance items 75% off as I’ve received a few emails and photos from readers across the U.S, so it appears to be nationwide. Check out these emails I received from readers Cindy & Martha…

I found Walmart clearance on Glade Wax Melts and Room Spray for $0.75 cents each. I had a $1/2 and $1/3 mfg. coupon, so my total was $0.81! Also, everything Christmas 75% off in Hemet, California. I scored all these goodies – the 4 bath sets $2.47 each, the 2 small bath sets $1.22 each, also the 3 small sets $1.22 each and spent $20.83 for all. So excited!
I was at Walmart and all Christmas items rang 75% off. There was still 50% off signs, but everything rang up 75%. I bought 4 sets of cute PJ’s for $3.50 each and a few make up sets for $2.47. I stocked up my gift closet for all upcoming birthdays! [/h2s_box]

Glade at my store still half off. Got 2 candles 1.49 ea used 2x$1 ip’s. Other Xmas signed 70% but I didn’t scan it to ck.
I just bought a bunch of stuff for 50% a couple days ago I wonder if try would do a price adjustment ?
I’m not sure about price adjustments on seasonal clearance items — but if they still have your items, you can rebuy and return the ones you bought at a higher cost.
Stores don’t normally price adjust holiday clearance. What I’ve done in the past is find the item again, buying it at the lower price, then return the items bought at the higher price.
I just bought North Pole microphone, elf dance, and the holiday books with the locator stars for 50% off yesterday. They are 75% today so I repurchased, and went to customer service to return the ones I purchased at the higher price with the receipt, and they said they WOULD NOT RETURN any holiday purchases. If I had known that I would not have purchased today as now I have multiples of the books and the toys.
Tennessee ask to speak with a Manager. The same thing happened to me last year. They REFUSED to accept my returns. I asked where it states they can’t accept seasonal items and they couldn’t show me. I asked for a Manager and he said he would do it for me. He had no choice but to do it. Walmart return policy states you have 90 days on most items. Don’t give up.

I tried that it said this reciept was before the savings catcher started at my store and denied it. Which isn’t right because they have had saving catcher along time.
My store is still 50%. Some is 75% but not glade or anything good. 🙁
Luckily my store had a bunch left at 75% off. I was able to get a bunch of wrapping paper, tissue paper and boxes for super cheap. Yay! 🙂

The 75% is a markdowns sent from home office to all stores. They might not have it tagged and flagged. Check your prices.

NJ store had 50% sign but everything was 75%. Flower by Drew Barrymore, great prices. 3 nail polishes $2.24 ( one is usually $6.95- good quality). Eyeshadow palette with brush and mascara $4.98 ( mascara alone is about $7.00 and so is eye shadow brush). 3 lip chubbies ( smaller size $2.24- gets great reviews on beauty sites) Also fragrance and lotion sets, I heard smell inoffensive! All make great gifts to even put away for next year.

In the regular clearance aisle also had loads of massage products, homedics etc. They are all 75% off. Nice lumbar pillows with heat, neck massagers, foot massagers as low as $2.24. Great office gifts to put away for next year!

I went to Wal-Mart today…you couldn’t pay me to go back! After being told what registers were taking returns TWICE and more check out lines closed than open, I will never step foot in one of their stores again!

The cashier I had the other day said 90% then what’s left gets sent back to manufacture. Our local target goes to 70% in as lot then donates to thrift shops after that.
After Halloween one walmart by me went down to $.25 per item (Idaho). After my husband checked out with a bunch of costumes they told him they were going down to $.10 now. The other one by us only went down to 75% off because they didn’t have as much left over. They said it was up to the store managers discretion at that point.
I have waited forever. I went today in Myrtle Beach SC they had some pretty good stuff was cleaning up quick though. Spent a total of $8.00 for 4 rolls of gift wrap, tag labels, sisters birthday gift and 20 other food items. Not a bad price 🙂 I’m happy. I doubt my Walmart will be 90% bc it’s all being cleaned but next week family dollar will most likely liquidate the candy real quick. FYI walgreens is at 70% off and 50 % off foo
Walmart stops at 75%. If there is an a large amount if an item that’s not selling they may reduce the price to a set number. However, unlike Target they are firm with that percentage.
I do remember they did 90% the past couple of years, seems like that was after Jan. 3 or so.
Bobbie are you talking about Target. They definitely go down to 90 percent. But I’ve never seen or heard of Walmart doing that.

I scored pretty well today! I got 2 dora toothpaste/electric toothbrush sets for $1.48 ea PLUS they each came with a $4 VUDU credit. I also got a BH&G wax warmer for $3.75 normally $15. Over in the candle section of the store, I dug through and found seasonal melts. I price checked and 3 different scents came up as $0.50 each. There were no melts left in the Christmas section. Also, fabreeze 2-packs were ringing up $1.48 in the holiday scents.
I SCORED BIG TIME! Tons of bath sets and fragrance gift sets. Ralph Lauren cologne for 3.47 (stocking stuffer sized). A gift set of trial size of various name brand colognes for 4.97 (had Vince Camuto, Tommy Bahama, and Kenneth Cole among others) Also scored wax melts for .50 cents each in Christmas morning latte scent. Slipper socks for .49 cents, hand sanitizer for .25 cents. It was clearing out quick though. I loaded my cart and headed to the scanner and by the time i got back 10 minutes later it was pretty much cleared of all the bath sets and gift sets. I must have timed it just right. Have lots of gifts in my gift closet now!

I got an adorable oven mitt and glove set for about 68 cents. I found a bear and pine tree set that wasn’t very Christmasy so it can be used year round. I also bought a bunch of stuff ringing up at 24 cents for next year..:)
Does Walmart go 90% for the Xmas stuff? The one by me went 90% for Halloween. I asked a cashier when they will go 90 and she said the highest is 75% . But if that’s the case, why did Halloween go 90%? So I think she was wrong like all the other times I was told misinformation there. Anyone know?
Im very disappointed..i went to your weslco walmart on my lunch to purchase a elf on the shelf..After using your self checkout i realized no 75% was giving to that item..SO i proceeded to ask the woman working in the self check out why no discount was giving..i explained that the item was on the 75%off racks..She told me she didn’t know and handed it back to me..so i left with the item..i was very displeased with the coustmer service i recieved
