  I have not received mine either. Guess it’s more like 6 weeks since this is the 5th week from the date I ordered. They sure took the money right away!!

  I am really upset, I received an email today telling me that no part of my order will be fulfilled. Seriously that is horrible customer service. You don’t charge someone then wait 5 weeks to say oh never mind you won’t be getting your items!

   I was just notified that I will not be getting any of my order and that I have to wait a month for a refund. I sure hope Cottonelle enjoys the 60 day loan I gave them interest free. I could have used that money for something else. Other companies only charge when they actually ship. Hmm. You would think that they would send us a few coupons for the trouble. Boo.

    Never received my order, never received an e-mail telling me not getting. Called the CS # and they refer you to the marketing company- who you have to e-mail. KCR@epiinc.com They charged my card right away on Jan.9th. Very unprofessional.

  I ordered 40 as well but received NONE of them. I am so upset. Why couldn’t they have at least given me some of them. I have been scammed, especially since I bought shelves for each of my bathrooms to put them on.

    I called Cottonelle – it was a 3rd party promotion, so they cannot help figure out your order. An email they provided for questions was: KCR@epiinc.com. There was no phone number given. Good luck getting your covers!

    I suggest to anyone who didn’t get their covers to file a complaint against Kimberly Clark with the BBB. It is seriously wrong what they did. I was soooo looking forward to my order and I am beyond upset with them. Also just a warning that cottonelle has shortened the size of their tp rolls in the last few weeks so be aware that you aren’t getting as much as before.

  Yippeeeee! Can’t believe it. I thought it was a lost cause. My 12 boxes came in the mail today. Very nice covers that I will be using for other purposes. I guess the wait was worth it. Hang in there.
