   I tried it with the .99 cards this morning and it did not produce the ECB.

  I did the same thing it didn’t print the ecb but just told the cashier that I did not get my ecb for the cards and I got it

   I saw a sign above the hallmark stand at my local CVS that went something like this: buy any $15 hallmark and get 3ecb back. :/

  Yep the deal is sadly regional so the buy 3 get $3 ECB is valid only I’m certain areas

   Cashier didn’t want to print ecb for me she said they’re clearance cards. I was about to return them and then she decided to print it.

  Individual cards NEVER go on clearance! There is a rep that pulls & resets the area for every holiday.
